Ek kesar wali Chai to banti hai is Barish mein ☕️🥰🔥

▪️Ingredients (Serves 2)▪️

▪️Milk: 2 cups
▪️Water: ½ cup
▪️Tea leaves (Chai patti): 2 tsp
▪️Sugar: 2 to 3 tsp (to taste)
▪️Saffron (Kesar): 8 to 10 strands
▪️Green cardamom: 2 pods (crushed)

▪️Step-by-Step Instructions▪️

▪️Boil Water and Spices: Heat ½ cup of water in a small pan. Add the crushed green cardamom and let it boil for a minute to release the flavor.

▪️Add Tea Leaves: Add 2 tsp of tea leaves into the boiling water and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

▪️Pour Milk: Pour in 2 cups of milk and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

▪️Sweeten: Add sugar and stir well until it dissolves completely.

▪️Infuse Saffron: Add BBK saffron strands into the boiling tea. Turn the heat to low and let the tea simmer for 2 to 3 minutes so the saffron releases its golden color and royal aroma.

▪️Strain and Serve: Turn off the heat, strain the hot kesar chai through a fine mesh strainer into cups, and serve immediately
