The DD (Discipline & Discernment) Retreat were a 5 day contemplative retreat aimed at practically preparing the individual in living their relationship with God on a day to day basis. Every other fruit thereof, whether it was physical, mental and emotional healing or the freedom from bondage's or an improvement in the quality of ones life was all a overflow from this discipline of being in God's p

resence. One of the greatest benefits of the retreats have been a renewed relationship with God and a deepening of one's faith in God and the sacraments.
