Kala Sangam presents YOUNG CLASSICAL INDIA with different genres of Young Talented Musicians -- A Rhythmscapes Percussion Rendition by Bickram Ghosh on the Tabla with his Co-Artists V.Suresh on Ghatam, S. Shekhar on Mridangam Ambarish on Vocals and Abhishek Mullick on Sitar in one segment . Smt. Kaushiki Chakravarty-- Vocal, Niladri Kumar-- Sitar and Arshad Ali Khan an upcoming vocalist all with eminent Co-artists on 5th & 6th February.
This is in keeping with the objectives of Kala Sangam of promoting traditional Indian Classical Music. Kala Sangam will present the first Bobby Sethi Kala Ratna for excellence in Indian Classical Music.
