Sarvajanik Shri Ganesh Utsav Mandal, Vitthal Mandir, Dahisar (W) The Mandal has successfully completed 76 years of celebrating Ganesh utsav in Dahisar.

Sarvajanik Shri Ganesh Utsav Mandal, Vithal Mandir Dahisar (W) are the pioneers of starting the Ganesh Utsav in Dahisar. The Mandal has successfully completed 74 years of celebrating Ganesh utsav in Dahisar. The members of the mandal work closely with each other like a family not only on the 10 auspicious days but throughout the year. Every year the statute of Shri Lord Ganesha is created by renowned Murtikar Hatakar from Vasai & the statute has been kept the same year on year which is one of the unique attributes of the Mandal. the Mandal has received lot of praise and awards frm various bodies for the eyes of Shri Ganesh statute which are like Real eyes. The funds raised from the 10 days long event are being utilized for the betterment of human kind like Blood donation camp, medical camp, books are distributed in schools & also helped the mankind suffered in the brutal natural flood event on 26 July by distributing food, cloth & saving live
