I had the opportunity to be part of a wonderful session with doctors in Jaipur on the topic “ABCD for Life.”

It was inspiring to see the doctors engage so openly and appreciate these simple yet powerful principles.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita in a modern and practical way.

Why should we observe Ekadashi?

Ekadashi is not just about fasting—it is an opportunity to control the senses, purify the mind, and dedicate more time to Krishna consciousness.

DO’s
• Chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra and remember Krishna.
• Read or hear Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam.
• Spend more time in kirtan, seva, and devotional activities.
• Follow the Ekadashi fasting principles sincerely.

DON’Ts
• Avoid unnecessary entertainment and distractions.
• Stay away from anger, arguments, and negative thoughts.
• Avoid spending excessive time on social media and worldly activities.
• Don’t reduce Ekadashi to simply “not eating”—make it a day of deeper devotion.

Make Ekadashi a day to withdraw from worldly distractions and come closer to Krishna. 🙏
