Once upon a time ,

There is a story in Shri Ramcharit Manas (Ramayan)

Lord shiv is chanting in meditation Shiva arrived and wait there in front of him . When Lord Shiv open there eyes after deep meditation.

Shiva(Parvati ji) ask to Lord shiv to whom you are chanting( j*p) .

Lord Shiv reply Vishnu Shahestranam (Thousand name of Lord Vishnu)

Shiva said this is not so easy to human to chanting Vishnu Shehestranam in daily life. There is no alternate Mantra/ Shlok .

Lord Shiv reply Ha UMA hai ek Naam RAM NAAM.

Ek Ram Naam Ka J*p 1000 Vishu naam ke j*p ke barabar hai. Manav ko sache maan se Ram naam ka j*p karna chahiye .

Shri Ram Shiv ke AAradhya hai aur Shiv Ram ke.

Om Ram Hare Ram Ram Ram Hare Hare.
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare..
