INDIAN CATHOLIC YOUTH MOVEMENT – MOODBIDRI UNIT ✨
YUVA SPARSH 2026 – Igniting Young Minds!
ICYM Moodbidri Unit proudly hosted YUVA SPARSH 2026 on 12th July 2026, bringing together youth for an inspiring evening of learning, leadership, fellowship, and fun.
The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and was graced by our Chief Guest & Resource Person, Mr. Jovel Fernandes, ICYM Moodbidri Deanery President Mr. Kiran Pereira, Deanery Secretary Mr. Galvin Pinto, YCS Moodbidri Animator Mrs. Janet Fernandes, ICYM Moodbidri Animators Mrs. Laveena Pinto & Mr. Jayaprakash Pinto, along with ICYM Moodbidri Unit President Mr. Rolan Antony Lobo and Secretary Ms. Lonisha Cutinha.
The programme was compered by Mr. Layshaun Fernandes, the prayer service was led by Ms. Anisha Noronha and team, and Ms. Reva Pinto introduced the Chief Guest. Our Unit President, Mr. Rolan Antony Lobo, welcomed the gathering, followed by the felicitation of Mr. Galvin Pinto on his election as the Secretary of ICYM Moodbidri Deanery.
Mr. Jovel Fernandes delivered an inspiring address, while the Vote of Thanks was proposed by Ms. Lonisha Cutinha.
The interactive resource session by Mr. Jovel Fernandes featured engaging discussions, team-building activities, and group games that encouraged active participation. Later, Dr. Joyston D’Souza, Former Joint Secretary of the ICYM Mangalore Diocese Executive Committee, shared an inspiring message on the importance of being part of ICYM and serving the Church and society.
The programme concluded with refreshments, leaving everyone with joyful memories, renewed enthusiasm, and a stronger commitment to faith, fellowship, and service.
