Tribute to Ps. J Sudheer Sunder Raj by Mrs. Rani Robert
What can I say...
You were obedient to the divine call, and sacrificed things that others could not.
You ignited the same spark in your better half as you desired to walk this way together
What can I say, you have set an example of obedience and sacrifice
Your vision was to preach gospel as is
and your mission field was your family
They say change starts at home but you believed salvation begins in family
What can I say, you loved family so much that you desired to see us all on the other side too
You shared the word until your last breath and family prayer was your motto
You were a spiritual father to many(including me)and you held on to your faith no matter the ups and downs
What can I say, you inspired us to pray as family and stand firm in faith
You helped everyone who approached you by pushing yourself beyond
I've heard many speak about togetherness but I've seen you leading your family in oneness
What can I say, you lived and taught us the importance of unity
You were related to many in many ways and you have lived up to each of these
You were a close friend to anyone who talked but you were an intellect to the ones who conversed
What can I say, you were a great listener(rather a secret keeper)and your intellect was infectious
You were loved by all, yet your love to each of us remains incomparable
Your presence in our lives is irreplaceable and leaves a void that no human can ever fill
What can I say, you were an epitome of love and you role is irreplaceable
Tons of memories that I carry, your early morning devotions, your anytime love for chai, your efforts for my college admissions, the filling of bags with badam fruit in verandah to plucking tubs full of guava in the backyard and how can I not mention the scooter rides, the list goes on...
And this one stands out when you said, "Amma, don't stress yourself, take care of your health", that was our last conversation a few days back.
Your life is a testimony to all who know you and you made it worth sharing
Every bit of your very breath was a miracle and we could see God working through you
What can I say, but to testify your life and count the miracles
You went through a lot but no situation could ever take away your sweet smile
You were so loved by God that He was always by your side through it all and called you home
What can I say, but to carry the smile and a hope to see you soon!
Miss you Mamaiah
