*How many people know that Dr. Rakesh Kishore is a Hindu Harijan?*
*But Justice B.R. Gavai is a Buddhist.*
*People of Kerala, just because you can write your own name and signature, don’t assume you know everything.*
Remember —
*all media houses are fooling you because you only know Malayalam and no other language.*
*When all the media in Kerala keep lying, I have no choice but to tell the truth.*
*Dr. Rakesh Kishore*
— *the man who threw a shoe at the Chief Justice — has explained why he did it. His explanation in Hindi is given below.*
*But first, a few things...*
*Do you know who handed over power to Kerala’s first Governor, B.R. Rao?*
*Do you know what the Governor’s residence is called?*
*You probably don’t. Let me tell you.*
*It was Maharaja Sri Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma who handed over power on November 22, 1956.*
*The Governor’s residence is called Raj Bhavan, which means King’s Palace — signifying the King of Kerala.*
*Have you heard of R.S. Gavai? He was the 15th Governor of Kerala, a wealthy man who founded his own party, a former MP, and someone who served Gandhi’s royal families for 40 years — and it paid off for him.*
*Now, the Buddhist (and Buddhists are Dalits too, right?) — if former CPM Politburo member Ramachandran Nair attended an RSS shakha at age 15, would we call him an RSS man?*
Also, remember — *the Governor’s son (meaning the King’s son) is now the Chief Justice.*
*Let’s examine the educational qualification of Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai:*
*He passed B.A., then B.L., and directly became an Additional Judge in the Bombay High Court. Later, the collegium elevated him to Supreme Court Judge, and now he’s Chief Justice of India.*
*So yes, sir — this is the educational qualification of the person we call “My Lord,” to whom petitions and prayers are submitted.*
*(From 2000–2006, his father R.S. Gavai was a Rajya Sabha Member; from June 2006, Governor; from July 10, 2008, Governor of Kerala.*
*So, if the son became a judge, why be surprised?*
*Now, let’s look at Dr. Rakesh Kishore, the Harijan/Pulaya community member who threw the shoe at the Chief Justice of India, and see his educational background:*
*M.Sc. Gold Medalist (not just a B.A., higher than that).*
*LL.M. (not just an LL.B., higher degree in law).*
*Ph.D. (earned through study and merit, not through caste privilege).*
*45 years’ experience as an advocate in the High Court and Supreme Court.*
*Before we go to that video, let me give an example of how some people here insult Indian culture and use caste to divide people.*
*Now to the words of Dr. Rakesh Kishore himself:*
*On September 16, a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed before the bench of Chief Justice B.R. Gavai in the Supreme Court. The petition requested that the headless Vishnu idol (7 feet tall) at the Javari Temple in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh — damaged by the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, whom historian Romila Thapar calls “peaceful and compassionate” — be restored to its original form and displayed for worship.*
*The judges on the bench were Chief Justice B.R. Gavai and Justice Augustine George Masih (a Christian — I mention this because when people cried about the CJI’s religion, shouldn’t we also know the religion of others?).*
*They could have either accepted or dismissed the petition. But what happened next was shocking.*
*Both judges belong to other faiths — one Buddhist, one Christian.*
*During the hearing, Justice Gavai mockingly said, “Why don’t you go tell that idol to fix its own head?”* — *followed by a dirty laugh.*
*As the king laughs, the subjects follow — everyone in the courtroom laughed.*
*But when other religious communities file PILs, these same judges immediately grant justice, even violating constitutional principles.*
For example:
*1. In Haldwani, Uttarakhand, people encroached on railway land and built huts. When railways tried to clear them, the Supreme Court stayed the eviction. The same community still lives there.*
2. *In Nupur Sharma’s case, when she truthfully spoke about certain Quranic points, the Supreme Court said, “She alone is responsible for all the trouble.”*
*All right — but when it comes to Sanatan Dharma, like Jallikattu, Sri Krishna Jayanthi Uriyadi, Sabarimala, or Temple elephants, the Supreme Court rushes in swinging its stick!*
*Seeing and hearing all this deeply saddens me.*
*A judge can decide to accept or reject a petition _fine...* — *but why insult those who bring it?*
*Look, I’ve never had a single case filed against me. I’m a man who believes in non-violence.*
*So ask yourselves — what provoked me, such a person, to do something like this?*
*All 1.4 billion Indians must know — why do some people get instant justice while others wait for decades?*
*You all know my educational background. I’ve never been part of any political party or group.*
*Gavai acted — I reacted.*
*Understand?*
*No matter how powerful you are, Newton’s Third Law applies: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. That’s a law of nature.*
*You can take whatever action you want against me. I am 71 years old and fearless.*
*Even the greatest Supreme Court must intervene if truth demands it.*
*Look — what Gavai mocked was Lord Vishnu Himself.*
*Remember Hiranyakashipu? Out of arrogance, he asked Prahlada, “Where is your God?” You know what happened next.*
*No one could bring down that arrogant demon — just as no one can silence truth.*
*Even with a single shoe, wasn’t the arrogance struck down?*
*In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna said:*
*“For the protection of the righteous, For the destruction of the wicked, For the establishment of dharma, I appear in every age.”*
*Recently, former Supreme Court Judge Justice Markandey Katju stated:*
*“Chief Justice B.R. Gavai invited that shoe and deserved it.”* (Link in the comment box.)
*When the Chief Justice insulted Lord Vishnu, people of India began asking the Supreme Court some questions:*
1. *Who gave you authority to send a notice to the President of India, the supreme commander?*
2. *When crores of cases are pending for years, why do senior lawyers like Kapil Sibal, Abhishek Singhvi, and Prashant Bhushan, who charge ₹5 crores per hearing, get immediate listings and multi-day hearings?*
3. *Why was the Lavalin case adjourned 42 times?*
4. *Why did the Supreme Court open at midnight to grant anticipatory bail?*
5. *The Constitution doesn’t set a time limit for the President or Governor to decide on bills — who gave you the right to comment on that?*
6. *Wasn’t the Manipur violence triggered by a court judgment?*
7. *Why does the court interfere only in Hindu traditions (like Sabarimala) but not in other religions’ practices?*
8. *When some states demand to curb Governor's powers, isn’t it to strengthen separatist and divisive agendas?*
