The Harmandir Sahib, also Darbar Sahib and informally referred to as the "Golden Temple"(ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ), is a prominent Sikh Gurdwara located in the city of Amritsar, Punjab, India. This attack is

regarded by Sikhs as a desecration of Sikhism's holiest shrine and discrimination against a minority in India. In 1986, the repairs performed on the Akal Takhat Sahib after the attack, which the Rajiv Gandhi Government had undertaken without consultation, were removed. A new Akal Takhat Sahib was completed in 1999 by Kar Sevaks (volunteer labor and funding).

ਅਸੀਂ ਏਨੇ ਫੁਕਰੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਆ । ਸਾਡਾ ਫੁਕਰਾਪਣ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਲੇਵਾ।
ਪੈਲਿਸਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੜੀ ਵਿਹਾਉਣ ਜਾਣੇ ਉ ਜਾ ਚੱਕਣ । ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਆ ਉੱਥੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਮੂਤ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ।
ਬਾਹਲੀ ਗਰਮੀ ਆ ਤਾ ਫੌਜ ਚ ਹੋ ਜੋ ਭਰਤੀ , ਲੱਗਜੂ ਪਤਾ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਕੁ ਦਲੇਰੀ ਆ ਖ਼ੂਨ ਚ ।
ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਕਰੋ , ਬੇਅਕਲੀ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਨਾ ਦੇਵੋ।
ਜਿੰਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਨੇ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ਤੇ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਸਟੇਟੱਸ ਪ੍ਹੜ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰੋ ਕਿ ਕਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਏਦਾ ਦੀ ਫੁਰਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਾਰਾਂਗੇ ਤੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲਾ ਸ਼ੇਰੀ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ ।
