Two-Day Leadership Development Program Organized by Islamic Youth Federation
Lucknow, July 11 (Press Release): The Islamic Youth Federation successfully organized a two-day Leadership Development Program in Lucknow on July 10 and 11. The objective of the program was to develop leadership qualities among young people, build their personalities, enhance self-confidence, and improve their organizational and management skills.
During the program, detailed lectures were delivered on important topics such as "Personality Development: Why and How?", "Management Skills," and "Self-Confidence." The speakers highlighted the importance of effective leadership, positive character, and strong organizational abilities in practical life. Each session was followed by an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing participants to benefit greatly from the discussions.
To make the program more engaging and impactful, an informative quiz competition was also organized, in which participants took part enthusiastically. Approximately 25 students attended the two-day program.
In the concluding session, participants described the program as highly beneficial, informative, and valuable from a training perspective, expressing their positive feedback and appreciation. In his closing remarks, the President of the organization, Brother Alamgir Hussain, urged the participants to apply the guidance and lessons learned during the program in their daily lives and dedicate their abilities to the development and progress of society.

By the grace and blessings of Almighty Allah, along with the dedicated efforts of the organizers and the wholehearted cooperation of the participants, the two-day training program concluded successfully. The organizers expressed their gratitude to Allah Almighty for this success and prayed that the positive impact of the program would bring goodness and blessings into the lives of the participants and prove beneficial for the Ummah.
