IPC Malabar Kerala State Election: Court Dismisses Petition
Pathanamthitta: The Pathanamthitta District Court today dismissed the petition filed by Prince Nilambur and Biju V. James, son of James Varghese of Chungathara, in connection with the IPC Malabar Kerala State election.
The court delivered its verdict after hearing detailed arguments over the past several days on different hearing dates.
With this judgment, the way has been cleared for the IPC Malabar Kerala State election process to be completed on the scheduled date.
