MT DEO TIBBA (6001m) and MT INDRASAN (6221m)-Pir Panjal Range, Kullu Himalaya

Mt Deo Tibba was first climbed by Mr and Mrs Van de Graff (Dutch) and KE Berrill in 1952. Indrasan was first climbed in 1962 by a Japanese team in an expedition organized by Kyoto University alpine club, Kyoto, Japan.The team was of 7 members; 2 members of the team K Tomita and Y Miyaki summited Indrasan on 13 October 1962

F.R.H. Kaisdhar, Kullu with the mighty peaks of Mt Deo Tibba (6001m) and Mt Indrasan (6221m) in the backdrop. The Forest Rest House Kaisdhar was built in the year 1920-21 by the British. It's at an elevation of 8,300 feet AMSL.
