A journey laid out by God the Father, under the divine instructions of the Holy Spirit to the glory of Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor Mukhtiar Masih Sandhu and family started this ministry under unbearable circumstances. Mukhtiar Masih Sandhu belongs to a Christian family but living with the family he don't have any interest to be a minister of God. So he left his parents and job for God's ministry and
went to The Bible School Udampur in 1986-87 to learn more about God's heart for his people. In The Bible school he has to face many difficulties of languages he don't know but it was God's will so nobody can't refuse/deny it. He successfully completed his study and with complete family shifted to Kotkapura for ministry in 1988
In Kotkapura there was no home and nobody known to them. So he rent a house and started his ministry. He lived on rent for 2 years, and distributed pamphlets of the word of God for 4 years He left that house because he was unable to pay house rent so he left the house. When he left the house he had nothing like no food, no money etc. so with his family in 1990 they made a small hut with some wooden boards and some wooden straws in which they had suffer a lot. Sometimes they didn't have enough food for whole family but they thanked to the Lord for everything and believed that one day Jesus will surly change their life and they continued. In the middle of these situations Ps. Mukhtiar Masih got fall in sickness and got admitted to the hospital in a very serious condition. Doctors were unsuccessful in his treatment and said no we can't save him. In this situation Ps. Mukhtiar Masih prayed to Jesus and asked for his life and said "As long as i will live, I will serve you" after this prayer our heavenly father is so merciful towards his people so Jesus touched him and gave a healthy life. Jesus saved Ps. Mukhtiar Masih Sandhu's life to save many other lives through him. In 1993 Ebenezer prayer hall foundations laid by the Ps. Mukhtiar Masih Sandhu. And construction took 2 years to complete. After competition EPH took another one year to get inaugurate. In 1996 it was opened to everyone. During this journey Ps. had to suffer not only above written problems but had to face opposition of another pastors. Some pastors tried to put him in jail or in court for false accusations But Jesus was with him and they could not deteriorate him. Now we are running a successful ministry of God without any lack. Families upon families were committing their lives to Jesus; people’s lives were getting transformed by the power of God. So far thousands people have given their lives to Jesus out of 99% of which are Hindus and Sikhs who are devoted to Jesus Christ.
