Centenary celebrations of the apparitions of our lady of Fatima
It is 100 years since the first apparition of the angels from 13 May 1917 to 13 May 2017
The inaugural ceremony of the centenary celebrations occurred on 13 May 2016 at Fatima Shrine Kollam. His Excellency Rev. Stanley Roman, Bishop of Kollam concelebrated the inaugural mass. There were 35 priests who participated in the mass. As part
of the centenary celebrations there will be a Marian convention for various groups on the 13th of every month until October 13, 2017. Apart from that, on a daily basis from Monday to Friday the rosary will be recited from 7:00AM till 7:00PM by the “Friends of Fatima”. The adoration of the blessed sacrament will be from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. And mass is celebrated at 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM. All are welcome to join this centenary celebration. On Saturdays the Mass is at 7:00 AM in the morning and in the evening rosary starts at 400 PM followed by novena, and the arrival of the pilgrim statue, followed by holy mass. There are no events on Sundays.
