The Parish Youth Training of Trainers programme was a meaningful, enjoyable, and inspiring experience for all the participants. The day began with a motivating felicitation address by Rev. Fr. Moloy Bernard D'Costa, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Calcutta, who encouraged the youth to lead, serve, and shine while always keeping Christ at the centre of their lives. His words on the importance of family prayer, listening to others, and combining faith with practical thinking deeply inspired everyone present.

The Scripture reading and moments of silent reflection created a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere that helped the participants connect more closely with God and with one another.

The various sessions conducted during the programme were interactive, educational, and engaging. Participants learned about leadership, responsibility, teamwork, communication, and civic engagement through talks, discussions, and group activities. The problem-solving exercise encouraged creativity, cooperation, and active participation among the youth.

The lunch break and fellowship time allowed everyone to interact freely and strengthen friendships within the parish community. The open-floor discussion further gave participants an opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable guidance from the panel members.
