great God that we serve, to bring Him honor, to praise His name and to lead others to see this great and awesome God of the Scriptures. We desire to do this as a loving family, a family of brothers and sisters in Christ that seek to love and encourage each other as we allow the Spirit of God to shape us into the likeness of Christ. Jesus is the king of this church, He sits on the throne and all that we do is for His Glory. Below is our mission and this mission drives everything we do as a church; we believe that while Jesus walked the earth he was a man on a mission and so we hold to the belief that he has called his followers to do the same until he returns . We exist to pervade the Back Mountain, Wyoming Valley and the world with the Gospel by making disciples who make disciples and who display the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ in every phase of their lives. Our desire is to fulfill this mission within a true community of believers united in a divine mission and actually finding true joy in this God-given work.
