Anandapuram Tirumala Devaswom Sree Venkatachalapathy Temple Lord Venkatachalapathy Temple Anandapuram means place of joy. Though the first temple was established here but later it was reconstructed in 1638 A.D.

A GSB temple dedicated to Lord Venkatachalapathy, situated at Andikkadav, Kannamaly midway between Cochin and Thuravoor along the sea shore. In 16th Century A.D when GSB where pushed out of Goa by the portugeese, One of the first Settlements in Kerala was in Anandapuram, Andikadavu (Present Kannamaly), Kochi. This temple is the oldest one that stands at the original place of its pratishta.
