First Reading: Genesis 3: 9-15, 20 or Acts 1: 12-14
9 And the Lord God called Adam, and said to him: Where art thou?

10 And he said: I heard thy voice in paradise; and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.

11 And he said to him: And who hath told thee that thou wast naked, but that thou hast eaten of the tree whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldst not eat?

12 And Adam said: The woman, whom thou gavest me to be my companion, gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

13 And the Lord God said to the woman: Why hast thou done this? And she answered: The serpent deceived me, and I did eat.

14 And the Lord God said to the serpent: Because thou hast done this thing, thou art cursed among all cattle, and beasts of the earth: upon thy breast shalt thou go, and earth shalt thou eat all the days of thy life.

15 I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel.

20 And Adam called the name of his wife Eve: because she was the mother of all the living.

Or

12 Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount that is called Olivet, which is nigh Jerusalem, within a sabbath day’s journey.

13 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode Peter and John, James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James of Alpheus, and Simon Zelotes, and Jude the brother of James.

14 All these were persevering with one mind in prayer with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 87: 1-2, 3 and 5, 6-7
R. (3) Glorious things are told of you, O city of God.

1 For the sons of Core, a psalm of a canticle. The foundations thereof are in the holy mountains:

2 The Lord loveth the gates of Sion above all the tabernacles of Jacob.

R. Glorious things are told of you, O city of God.

3 Glorious things are said of thee, O city of God.

5 Shall not Sion say: This man and that man is born in her? and the Highest himself hath founded her.

R. Glorious things are told of you, O city of God.

6 The Lord shall tell in his writings of peoples and of princes, of them that have been in her.

7 The dwelling in thee is as it were of all rejoicing.

R. Glorious things are told of you, O city of God.

Alleluia
R. Alleluia, alleluia.
O happy Virgin, you gave birth to the Lord; O blessed mother of the Church, you warm our hearts with the Spirit of your Son Jesus Christ.

R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel: John 19: 25-34

25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus, his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalen.

26 When Jesus therefore had seen his mother and the disciple standing whom he loved, he saith to his mother: Woman, behold thy son.

27 After that, he saith to the disciple: Behold thy mother. And from that hour, the disciple took her to his own.

28 Afterwards, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, said: I thirst.

29 Now there was a vessel set there full of vinegar. And they, putting a sponge full of vinegar and hyssop, put it to his mouth.

30 Jesus therefore, when he had taken the vinegar, said: It is consummated. And bowing his head, he gave up the ghost.

31 Then the Jews, (because it was the parasceve,) that the bodies might not remain on the cross on the sabbath day, (for that was a great sabbath day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

32 The soldiers therefore came; and they broke the legs of the first, and of the other that was crucified with him.

33 But after they were come to Jesus, when they saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs.

34 But one of the soldiers with a spear opened his side, and immediately there came out blood and water

HOLY ROSARY PRAYER
GLORIOUS MYSTERIES on Wednesday and Sunday:

Sign of the Cross: In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.

The Apostles Creed: I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into Hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.

Our Father , Who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

3 times: Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end.

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are in most need of Thy mercy.

1) RESURRECTION: Jesus is raised from the dead after 3 days in the tomb.

Dear Jesus, You resurrected after 3 days in the tomb as You have said You would. And when You resurrected You didn't make any fanfare and did not boast of Your Power to all those who had doubted You. In all humility and simplicity You did what You had to without showing off. You taught us simplicity, and that all that matters is to seek Your approval patiently with love in our hearts; to do our tasks in simplicity no matter how huge they are, and to avoid judging others. You told us that we will know a tree by its fruits. You also comforted us in trusting every word You said by resurrecting as You prophesied. Please help the whole humanity to know who saved them and who to trust. You love us so much and You want us to trust You fully and be under Your protection. We have a God who is so powerful and capable to resolve all our problems, no one should leave in fear or desperation. You are more than capable. Please bring joy into a world that is so sad and lost. Bring peace and comfort to the troubled.

Our Father...

10 Hail Marys

Glory be...

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

2) ASCENSION: Jesus went back to heaven, rising in front of His disciples.

Dear Jesus, You resurrected as you prophesied and You went back to heaven in front of Your disciples. What is most touching, is that before You rose from earth You comforted Your disciples and told them that You are not leaving them alone but You are going to prepare a place for them so they can join You later to live eternally happy. You sent them to spread the good news that You are the way, the truth and the life. That the one who believes in You shall not die and will be eternally happy. And You cared to remind them that You will send them the Holy Spirit to strengthen them in the mission You have given them. I thank You for that, as when we think we are alone, tired, or not capable, You have thought about everything we will need and You provide it for us. We love You Jesus and we want to fully trust You and love You more. Please give us the strength necessary to see, to love you, and to be Your messengers among Your children in the world so we can continue to help You save the world.

Our Father...

10 Hail Marys

Glory be...

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

3) DESCENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT: The Holy Spirit comes down on the disciples on Pentecost.

Dear Jesus, You went back to celebrate your accomplishment on earth, saving us and living back in Your paradise. But You didn't forget our little strengths. You kept Your promise to send the Holy Spirit to Your disciples. Sending the Holy Spirit to all of us who will need His help and strength. Today the Holy Spirit is still with us, especially when we need Him for clarity, to enlighten the way, to love ourselves and love one another, to heal us in soul and body, to help us to understand God's ways etc. Dear Jesus, please send me the Holy Spirit, to help me in many needs of my heart, those I am aware of and those I am not aware of.

Our Father...

10 Hail Marys

Glory be...

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

4) THE ASSUMPTION: Mary goes back to heaven body and soul.

Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, You have pleased God so much in your life. You have done His Will to perfection, and because You have been placed nearest to the Holy Trinity. You were chosen to be Jesus' Mother because You were so pure. You never condemned anyone, You never said a bad word about anyone. You always wanted to help those in need, protect their dignity and reputation. You are our perfect model on how to live this life and how to love God and others to the best. Please Mother Mary, who was given to us to be our own Mother, teach us how to be like You, to make good choices in our lives to follow God's ways. Pray for us so that we have enough discernment to recognize the truth. More than anything so many people are broken by so much injustice, lack of love, loneliness, rejection etc... please awaken our hearts to know how much God loves us, how much you love us. You said in the past that if we knew how much we are loved, we would cry out for joy. Our hearts have been so hardened, we don't feel it as it is. Pray for us Our Dear Mother.

Our Father...

10 Hail Marys

Glory be...

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

5) CORONATION OF MARY AS QUEEN OF HEAVEN AND EARTH: Mary becomes the queen of heaven and earth.

Dear Blessed Virgin Mary, You became the queen of heaven and earth as a reward of how you lived Your life so lovingly and purely. Oh Mother, we know everyone who lives their lives lovingly and correctly will also find so much joy in heaven, eternally. You are now our Mother and our Queen, which make us princesses and princes! Mother, why do we even ever worry about anything when we have the one who loves us this much, and who can give us whatever we ask for? But Mother what we need most is love and light in this world, please convey our pleas to Jesus to continue to give them to us, as He will never say no to You. Pray for us as You always do and open our hearts to the truth of the love of God for us and help us to love Him back and appreciate Him. We love You.

Our Father...

10 Hail Mary's

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy! Our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley, of tears. Turn, then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us; and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb Jesus; O clement, O loving, O sweet virgin Mary.
Pray for us, O holy Mother of God That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Memorare: Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee O Virgin of Virgins and Mother of us all.
To thee do I come. Before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the word incarnate, despise not my petitions but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Final Prayer: Let us pray. O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant, we beseech Thee, that meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Daily Reading for Sunday May 24th 2026. Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth.

First Reading: Acts 2: 1-11

1 And when the days of the Pentecost were accomplished, they were all together in one place:

2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a mighty wind coming, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3 And there appeared to them parted tongues as it were of fire, and it sat upon every one of them:

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they began to speak with divers tongues, according as the Holy Ghost gave them to speak.

5 Now there were dwelling at Jerusalem, Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

6 And when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded in mind, because that every man heard them speak in his own tongue.

7 And they were all amazed, and wondered, saying: Behold, are not all these, that speak, Galileans?

8 And how have we heard, every man our own tongue wherein we were born?

9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea, and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,

10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, Egypt, and the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome,

11 Jews also, and proselytes, Cretes, and Arabians: we have heard them speak in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.

Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 104: 1, 24, 29-30, 31, 34
R. (30) Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth.

or

R. Alleluia.

1 Bless the Lord, O my soul: O Lord my God, thou art exceedingly great. Thou hast put on praise and beauty:

24 How great are thy works, O Lord? thou hast made all things in wisdom: the earth is filled with thy riches.

R. Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth.

or

R. Alleluia.

29 But if thou turnest away thy face, they shall be troubled: thou shalt take away their breath, and they shall fail, and shall return to their dust.

30 Thou shalt send forth thy spirit, and they shall be created: and thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

R. Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth.

or

R. Alleluia.

31 May the glory of the Lord endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works.

34 Let my speech be acceptable to him: but I will take delight in the Lord.

R. Lord, send out your Spirit, and renew the face of the earth.

or

R. Alleluia.

Second Reading: First Corinthians 12: 3b-7, 12-13
3b No man can say the Lord Jesus, but by the Holy Ghost.

4 Now there are diversities of graces, but the same Spirit;

5 And there are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord;

6 And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who worketh all in all.

7 And the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man unto profit.

12 For as the body is one, and hath many members; and all the members of the body, whereas they are many, yet are one body, so also is Christ.

13 For in one Spirit were we all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Gentiles, whether bond or free; and in one Spirit we have all been made to drink.

Alleluia
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of your love.

R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel: John 20: 19-23

19 Now when it was late that same day, the first of the week, and the doors were shut, where the disciples were gathered together, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them: Peace be to you.

20 And when he had said this, he shewed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord.

21 He said therefore to them again: Peace be to you. As the Father hath sent me, I also send you.

22 When he had said this, he breathed on them; and he said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost.

23 Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are in most need of Thy mercy.

1) ANNUNCIATION: Angel Gabriel tells Mary she will conceive the child Jesus

Dear Mary, when the angel gave You a message that God wanted You to conceive Jesus our Savior, You said yes to Him without questioning Your well-being. You were engaged to Joseph, You knew you could be stoned to death, You knew people would not like You, but You trusted God fully because You knew that He knows better and has Your best interest at heart no matter what happens. Even if You would suffer. Pray for me too, that I may be humble like You and accept God's Will in my life, no matter what that is. Also, pray for me that I may have the discernment to know His Will, and to live as a reflection of His commandments, especially the greatest of all Jesus left us, "Love God above all, and my neighbor as I love myself"!

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

2) VISITATION: Mary visits her cousin Elizabeth

Dear Mary even though You were pregnant, You rushed to go to help Your cousin Elizabeth who needed more help. Despite Your cousin being older, she knelt before You calling you "Blessed Among Women", honored that the Mother of God would visit her. Dear Mother, teach me to love like You, and remind me and the whole world how much You love us; how much God the Father and Jesus the Son love us.

3) THE BIRTH OF JESUS: Jesus is born in Bethlehem.

Dear Jesus, You were born in a poor place, because hotels couldn't give Your Mother and St. Joseph a place to have You. Even though You were Almighty and Son of God the Father, You didn't push or impose Your power, You were born among the poor who welcomed You, in a stable, with the Shepherds. Please dear Jesus help me to be simple and gentle like You and God the Father; help me never to impose my will, power or strength on others. Help me to respect others, especially the poor. Mother Mary who had a baby in such an uncomfortable place, remind me to be calm no matter what turbulence I might find in this life.

Our Father...

10 Hail Marys

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

4) PRESENTATION IN THE TEMPLE: Jesus is brought by His Mother and Father to be blessed in the temple.

Dear Jesus You respected the culture of blessings for children, and You inspired Your parents to do the same as everyone else. And yet You were God Himself. Through the prayer of the Rosary, I am constantly reminded about Your simplicity, Your deep love for me and all of us. You came to live among us, and became like us, to teach us to live this life. Please help me to know how to love You back and to appreciate the sacrifice You made to leave Heaven and come on earth. Teach me to respect the law of my country and my church even when I feel opposed.

Our Father...

Fatima Prayer: O My Jesus...

5) FINDING JESUS IN THE TEMPLE: Jesus was lost for 3 days in the temple.

Dear Jesus, You stayed behind in the temple preaching about Your Father, and 3 days went by, even though You wanted to be with Your Mother and Father, You knew that You came on a mission to serve Your Father and earn souls for heaven. Help me to put God first in my life, in my work, even when things are not going as I wish. Mother Mary, pray for me that I know how to deal with pain as graciously as you did in your life and please help me to find and imitate Jesus in all that I do, that I may do everything with unselfish love.

Daily Reading for Saturday May 23rd 2026 The just will gaze on your face, O Lord

First Reading: Acts 28: 16-20, 30-31

16 And when we were come to Rome, Paul was suffered to dwell by himself, with a soldier that kept him.

17 And after the third day, he called together the chief of the Jews. And when they were assembled, he said to them: Men, brethren, I, having done nothing against the people, or the custom of our fathers, was delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans;

18 Who, when they had examined me, would have released me, for that there was no cause of death in me;

19 But the Jews contradicting it, I was constrained to appeal unto Caesar; not that I had any thing to accuse my nation of.

20 For this cause therefore I desired to see you, and to speak to you. Because that for the hope of Israel, I am bound with this chain.

30 And he remained two whole years in his own hired lodging; and he received all that came in to him,

31 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, without prohibition.

Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 11: 4, 5 and 7
R. (7b) The just will gaze on your face, O Lord.

or

Gospel: John 21: 20-25

20 Peter turning about, saw that disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also leaned on his breast at supper, and said: Lord, who is he that shall betray thee?

21 Him therefore when Peter had seen, he saith to Jesus: Lord, and what shall this man do?

22 Jesus saith to him: So I will have him to remain till I come, what is it to thee? follow thou me.

23 This saying therefore went abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die. And Jesus did not say to him: He should not die; but, So I will have him to remain till I come, what is it to thee?

24 This is that disciple who giveth testimony of these things, and hath written these things; and we know that his testimony is true.

25 But there are also many other things which Jesus did; which, if they were written every one, the world itself, I think, would not be able to contain the books that should be written
