This is a page dedicated to update the ministry work that is being diligently performed by the Gootam family in Kakinada India. It all started with JC Bailey baptizing a teenager named Joshua Gootam in the early 1960's. The ministry grew over the years. Long before there was cable TV or any kind of TV there was Radio Ministry and Satyavani was big on the radio ministry. We also have a Basic Bible
Correspondence course that has had over 10million people enrolled in it for over 50 years. We are still on Radio broad casting the word of God in the same way it started. About 15 years ago we started the TV ministry. Now we are on TV in about 5 channels. Not only on Radio and TV ministry, Satyavani is involved in many other ministries. We have a monthly Telugu "Satya Vaaku" magazine that has about 15,000 subscribers, we have gospel tracts that are in print and distributed every month, we also support village preachers by giving them "gospel chariots" in the form of bicycles. Our outreach ministry is expanded to Children Home and Ministry to the L***r Colony. We also have periodic preacher's workshops, bible lectureships, gospel meetings conducted every once in a while. We conduct Satyavani School of Evangelism that is being held both online and in-house at the Church Building. Due to the industrious efforts the Lords word has spread over the state of Andhra Pradesh widely. We reach out to 40 souls every day and we have multiple baptisms almost every day in our network or the areas that we minister.
