But by some unnecessary incident this target is not completed . Every year only few short from our target. When the target of "1 Lakh Kanwars" will be complete , the sam
e target will turn to the Birdhana temple. BIRDHANA:- In the 6th century, before transmigrate of Birdhana village there was a river named "Maheshwari" was flowed. On the bank of the river, two shiv ling comes from the Earth like a seed in the form of 'Lord Shiva & Parvati'. That two Ling used by people only as stone. They used them for their tool's sharpness & Shining. After some days the two lings Cracked from middle and blood was flowing from them. Then a sky-voice happened "stupid people what are you doing, you are insulting us, by using us only as a part of stone". By hearing the sky-voice people afraid and run away. At the same night, the God Shiva came into the dream of a Lalaji of "Beri" (Jhajjar Haryana) and said that in Birdhana village I am emergence with Goddess Parvati. You are my faithful. Make a temple at Bank of Maheshwari River of Birdhana Village. In the next Morning Lalaji went to the bank of river and saw two shivlings of bhagwan Shiv and Mata Parvati. He worshipped and take determination of making temple of Lord. After long time of period the river was vanishing. only the Holy water left in the shape of pond. there was a true talking of old residents of village that water of this pond was used in making of Khir Of Bhagwan Shiv's prasad and drinking water. The Great Man, Baba Shambhu Bharti ji Maharaj came to Prachin Shiv mandir in the 9th Century. He made his dhaayan in the dangerous jungle of Birdhana village and lived at the bank of Maheshwari river. He was a Shidh Mahapurush and have four types of vesh like Saint, Lion, Snake, any form of man and woman. He wore garua clothes and sota in right hand and kamandal in left hand and charan paduka made up of wood. He can go anywhere in any form to help the Bhagwan Shiv's Devottees. He lived here 400years and take Samadhi on the left side of Pujaniya Shivlinga. After taking Samadhi Baba ShabhuBharti showed miracles and saved temple and village from the negative forces. हरियाणा में भगवान शिव के चार सुप्रसिद्ध मंदिर हैं।
ये निम्न प्रकार हैं:
1. बाघौत
2. बिरधाना
3. किलोई
4. कुंडल
बाघौत :- महा शिवरात्रि के अवसर पर प्रत्येक छः महीनों में, बाघौत शिव मंदिर में भगवान शिव की एक झलक देखने के लिए एक बड़ी भीड़ आती है। इस धार्मिक अवसर पर 1,00,000 "कांवर" का लक्ष्य रखा जाता है , जो कि अज्ञात कारणों से यह लक्ष्य पूरा नहीं हो सका है। हर साल इस लक्ष्य से केवल कुछ ही कांवर कम रह जाती है। जब "1 लाख कांवर" का लक्ष्य पूरा हो जाएगा, तो वही लक्ष्य बिरधाना मंदिर के लिए हो जाएगा।
बिरधाना:- 6 वीं शताब्दी में, बिरधाना गांव के स्थापित होने से पहले "महेश्वरी" नाम की नदी बहती थी। नदी के किनारे पर, दो शिव लिंग 'भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती' के रूप में एक बीज की तरह पृथ्वी से निकल कर आए। यह दो लिंग लोगों द्वारा केवल पत्थर के रूप में इस्तेमाल करते थे। उन्होंने उनके उपकरण की तीखीपन और चमक के लिए इन महान लिंग का इस्तेमाल किया। कुछ दिनों के बाद से दोनों लिंगों के मध्य से रक्त बह रहा था। फिर एक आकाशवाणी हुई "बेवकूफ लोगों आप क्या कर रहे हों, आप हमें अपमानित कर रहे हों, हमें केवल पत्थर के हिस्से के रूप में उपयोग करके"। आकाश से आवाज सुनने से लोग डर जाते हैं और भाग जाते हैं। उसी रात, भगवान शिव "बेरी" (झज्जर हरियाणा) के लालाजी के सपने में आए और कहा कि बिरधाना गांव मे मां देवी पार्वती जी के साथ अविर्भाव हुआ हूं। तुम मेरे परम भगत हो। तुम महेश्वरी नदी के किनारे के साथ एक मंदिर बनाओ।
अगली सुबह लालाजी नदी के किनारे चला गया और भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती के रूप में देखे। उन्होंने पूजा की और भगवान के मंदिर बनाने का दृढ़ संकल्प लिया। कुछ समय बाद मंदिर का निर्माण हुआ।
9वीं शताब्दी में महापुरुष सिद्ध बाबा शंभू भारती जी महाराज शिव मंदिर में आए थे। उन्होंने अपना ध्यानासन बिरधाना गांव के खतरनाक जंगल में लगाया और माहेश्वरी नदी के किनारे पर अपना वास बना लिया। वह एक शिध महापुरुष थे और संत, शेर, सांप, किसी भी पुरुष और स्त्री के रूप में कहीं भी आ जा सकते थे। वे गेरूआ रंग के कपड़े पहनते थे और दाहिने हाथ में सोटा और बाएं हाथ में कमंडल रखते थे। वे लकड़ी से बनी हुई खड़ाऊं पहनते थे। वे भगवान शिव के परम भगत थ। वे भगवान शिव के भक्तों की मदद के लिए कही भी और किसी भी रुप में पहुंच जाते थे। इन महापुरुष ने इस मंदिर में अपने ४०० साल दिए। बाद में भगवान शिव के मंदिर की बाई और समाधी ले ली।
समाधि लेने के बाद बाबा शंभू भारती ने कई सारे चमत्कार किए। मंदिर और ग्राम वासियों को नकारात्मक बल से बचाया। मंदिर और ग्राम बिरधाना पर कोई भी प्राकृतिक आपदा नहीं आने दी।
लंबे समय के बाद नदी गायब हो गई थी। केवल नदी के पवित्र पानी का कु्छ हिस्सा तालाब के रूप में शेष रह गया। गांव के पुराने निवासियों की एक सच्ची कहावत थी कि भगवान शिव का प्रसाद, खीर बनाने और पीने के पानी में इस तालाब का पानी इस्तेमाल किया जाता था।
25 जनवरी 2017 को, महंत गीतानंद गिरी, स्वरानंद गिरी, गणेश गिरि, शारवन गिरि, आजाद सिंह, धनराज सिंह, राज गिरि की उपस्थिति में "प्राचीन शिव मंदिर एवं धर्मशाला ट्रस्ट की स्थापना की" ।
