The organization is operated from Raghuvir Vadi, Vadtal, India with guidance from Sh
ree Swaminarayan Mandir, Vadtal. Currently, H.H. 1008 Acharya Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj is the President of the organization, H.H. 108 Bhavi Acharya Shree Nrigendraprasadji Maharaj is the Vice President, and Nana Lalji Shree Pushpendraprasadji Maharaj is the Advisor. LNDYM was established with the intention of educating today’s youth about the Hindu Sanatan Dharma along with teaching them how to pursue challenges in life and confronting them with optimism as well as creating the opportunity to help the community. There are various LNDYM chapters throughout North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Various events take place within these chapters to accommodate the growing interest of others in the Swaminarayan Sampraday.
ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણના અવતરણ (પ્રાગટ્ય) નું કારણ કેવળ સર્વે જીવ નું કલ્યાણ છે. આ કાર્યને વેગ આપવા સ્વયં ભગવાન શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણે પોતે પોતાના સ્વહસ્તે પુષ્ટિ કરતાં છ અંગો – દેવ- મંદિર – શાસ્ત્ર – આચાર્ય – સંત – હરિભક્ત ની સ્થાપના કરી. પરમાત્મા નો આ દાખડો નીષ્ફળ ન જાય તે માટે શ્રી હરિકૃષ્ણ મહારાજની તેમજ પ.પુ. ધ.ધુ. આચાર્યશ્રી અજેન્દ્રપ્રસાદજી મહારાજની આજ્ઞા અને આશીર્વાદથી સર્વે અંગોએ એકત્ર થઇને કરેલ આ શુભ શરૂઆતને સફળતાના શિખર સુધી પહોંચવાનું બળ મળે અને સર્વે હરિભક્તો (યુવાનો) આ કાર્યમાં જોડાઈ પોતાની જાત ને ધન્ય બનાવે.
