Personal Testimony

By God’s grace I was born in a Christian family at village called Maguria in Purulia District of West Bengal. Because my mother got married second time to a Hindu in Jamshedpur, However I received the Lord Jesus Christ surpassingly and made no mistake to ac
cept Him as the Saviors and the Lord Jesus Christ of my life. It was one of my visits to my Aunties house at Bankura, Christian Danga that met a Team consisting of Christian brothers and sisters from Kolkata. They were singing songs with sweet melodies and preaching the word of God’s I was listening to them anxiously. Oh, Christian songs seemed to me sweet to sweeter, (Ps119:103) and as if I was desiring not to stop it. But suddenly it stopped when they announced that there would be “Film-Show” in the evening. So I thrilled and during Film-show tears come out of my eyes, and that tears were not of sorrow but of joy as the scripture says: “For this, they brother, was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found” (Lk 15:32) I realized peace within me and faith and deep love for Christ over-whelmed me, and above all found the sign of “Eternal Life”. As the scripture says: “ For God so loved the world that He gave His only be-gotten son, that whoever believeth in His should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). After I received my Saviors I was thrown out of my step father’s house, but I was never out of my heavenly father’s of God’s House. Certainly, no one could snatch me from the hand of the Lord Jesus Christ, as scripture says: “Blessed are they who are persecuted for righteousness” sakes for theirs are the Kingdom of heaven” (Mathew 5:10). I was found sorrow, affliction in one side, and enjoyed joy and peace abundantly in other side. On December 25, 1990, I took water baptism as His command and became His Son and studied the religious education to learn His word, and so that I could preach His name throughout the word as He said; “Go ye, therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the son, and of the Holy Spirit” (Mathew 28:19). I expect to all mankind of the earth that they might indentify the savior and Lord Jesus Christ, believe Him as their savior and receive in their hearts and became His Children, as scripture says: “But as many as received him, to them gave the power to become the children of God’s even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).
