ISKCON Jammu distributed 108+ copies of Śrīmad Bhagavad-gītā at Nand Public School along with prasadam for all the students.

The students were encouraged to cultivate the habit of reading Bhagavad-gītā daily and understand its timeless teachings for a better and spiritually strong life. The session also supported the anti-drug awareness initiative by inspiring youth towards positive values and higher consciousness.

Students were also guided about the free Bhagavad Gita e-course available at 🌐 "ISKCON For Youth" (https://www.iskconforyouth.org)

Dristadyumna Das and Sarvamangala Devi Dasi continue reaching schools with the message of Bhagavad-gītā and Srila Prabhupada’s mission.

Bhagavad Gita Distribution by Iskcon Jammu Devotees at Maharaj Hari Singh School | Iskcon Jammu

ISKCON Jammu successfully distributed over 700 copies of Śrīmad Bhagavad-gītā to the students of Maharaja Hari Singh School, Nagbani. Along with Bhagavad Gita, sweet prasadam was also distributed completely free of cost to encourage students to understand and imbibe the moral and spiritual values of the Gita.

Dristadyumna Das and his team inspired the students to read Bhagavad Gita for at least 15 minutes daily and connected the session with the anti-drug awareness campaign initiated by the Jammu & Kashmir Government. He emphasized that Bhagavad Gita can guide youth towards a more peaceful, responsible, and spiritually strong life.

Students were also informed about the free online Bhagavad Gita course available on the national website www.iskconforyouth.org. By applying the coupon code on a website, students and interested participants can enroll and understand Bhagavad Gita in a simple and practical way.

Dristadyumna Das and his team from ISKCON Jammu are continuously rendering sincere service by collaborating with different school authorities and inspiring more students to receive and study the Bhagavad Gita.

Today 87 copies of the Bhagavad Gita were distributed among the students of Springdale School, Jammu & Kashmir, as part of a free distribution campaign by ISKCON Jammu.

Dristadyumna Das from ISKCON Jammu conducted an enlightening session on why Bhagavad Gita should be an essential part of our lives, especially in overcoming depression and anxiety, which is increasingly affecting students across India. The session was deeply appreciated by the school authorities.

After the distribution, sweet prasadam was lovingly served to all students and staff.

It was emphasized that by nature we are eternally happy, but due to entanglement in material desires and greed, life becomes filled with distress. By cultivating higher consciousness through regular reading of Bhagavad Gita, one can rise above these challenges.

Encouragingly, every student took a sincere pledge to read Bhagavad Gita daily for at least 15 minutes.
