चैतन्यमात्मा
Caitanyamātmā

Awareness which has absolute freedom of all knowledge and activity is the Self or nature of Reality.

Caitanyam means the perfect, absolute freedom of cognizing and doing everything.

Caitanya or consciousness is the nature of Reality.

The knower, knowledge, and known are all various forms of consciousness.

Caitanya is not simply prakāsa but is also imbued with Universal I - consciousness which is the source of all manifestation.

Consciousness is the supreme light. Just as without physical light , nothing is visible, similarly without prakāsa or light of consciousness, nothing can appear not even physical light . Consciousness is its own ( light ) prakāsa. It is by its light alone that everything else appears.

The word ātmā refers to both Self and nature of reality. Being Awareness is Self and Being Awareness is nature of Reality.

Today 9th May 2026 being 119 th Praadurbhav Divas ( birthday as per solar calander ) of Guru Maharaj Swami Lakshmanjoo . This day is being celebrated all over the world by the disciples and devotees.
Wishing all ( baedi dohuk chuv sariney poshtae ) congratulations on occasion of this pious and divine festive day.

9th May 1907 being birth date, disciples used to call 9th May as Varsha . This day carries a significance of being pradurbhava diwas of our beloved Guru Maharaj Swami Lakshmanjoo. Varsha means varshphal , there in Kashmir there was no parampara of celebrating english birthday . Disciples of Guru Maharaj knew that it was praadurbhav divas as per solar calander , of our beloved Guru Maharaj. In those days it started with a very limited and a small function and was in those days called Varsha meaning Varshphal with a prayer that this varhsa (year) may be a blessed one. This day uptill now continue to be considered a pious day , as a boon giver day being pradurbhava diwas of our Guru Maharaj Swami Lakshmanjoo . We the disciples / followers celebrate this day every year to obtain the blessings of Guru Maharaj for ourselves , for our community , for whole mankind and for entire jagat .

अनुग्रहैककारणं नमाम्यहं गुरुक्रमम्।।

मैं अप्रकट रूप में आये हुए शक्ति चक्र के विस्तार स्वरूप तथा दया के एकमात्र कारण गुरू परम्परा को नमस्कार करता हूं।

I bow to that guru parampara by whose grace , by whose daya ( mercy ) I got to know the concealed expansion of Shakti chakra.

तव च काचन न स्तुतिरम्बिके
सकलशब्दमयी किल ते तनुः।
निखिलमूर्तिषु मे भवदन्वयो
मनसिजासु बहिष्प्रसरासु च।।
इति विचिन्त्य शिवे शमिताशिवे
जगति जातमयत्नवशादिदम्।
स्तुतिजपार्चनचिन्तनवर्जिता
न खलु काचन कालकलापि मे।।

O Parvati ! since Thou art the root of all speech, I may sing Thy glory or do otherwise,all that is adoration to Thee.
Thou art present for me in all forms,both physical and mental.
When I ponder over these thoughts,O mother, the supreme consciousness, the doer of good and destroyer of evil ! without any effort on my part thus passes all my time in singing Thy glory,in repeating Thy names,in adoring Thee and in meditation on Thy true self.

आसीदस्ति भवत्यपि प्रतिदनं यो लीलया सन्ततं
स्वच्छः स्वाद्भुतशक्तिचक्रविभव त्रैलोक्यमेतज्जगत्।।

जो परम पूज्य, निर्मल, मानसिक शांति देने वाले, अपने अद्भुत शक्ति चक्रों के ऐश्र्वर्य वाले,अपनी ही लीला से सदा भूत, भविष्य तथा वर्तमान काल में इस समस्त त्रिलोकी का स्वरूप बनते रहते हैं , वे काश्मीर देश में ठहरे हुए गुरुराज श्री लक्ष्मण जी संसार भर के मनुष्यों के अज्ञान रुपी अन्धकार को नष्ट करते हुए सदा प्रकाशित बने रहे।

Adorable is Guru Laksmana,who is monarch among the masters,who is verily the embodiment of Lord Shiva,who resides in kashmir,who dispels the darkness enveloping the hearts of the worldly people,who restores peace to their minds,who through his own divine play has in the past and present and in the future as well continue to manifest himself in all the three states of consciousness wielding freely the wheel of totality of energies.

Q : Can we achieve Shiva through Love ?

Yes, there should be high intensity of love for God in you . It should be to the extent that you can't understand anything else in this world.

Intensity of love for God should be such that you won't recognize your body , you won't recognize anything in this world , detachment should appear from all sides except for that intensity of love for God.

Now , by that intensity of love for God , when detachment rises in your mind , the state of that intellectual cycle of yours , is not the element of intellect in you , this is the energy of God Consciousness.

Being detached from all sides because of the intensity of love towards Shiva , you will become one with Shiva.

What is difference between Svātantrya Śakti and Māyā Śakti ?

Svātantrya Śakti and Māyā are one, yet they are different in the sense that Svātantrya Śakti is that state of energy which can produce the power of going down and coming up again, both at will, whereas Māyā Śakti will only give you the strength of going down and not the ability of rising up again. Once you have come down, you can not move up again. This is the reality of the state of Māyā Śakti . It binds you.

His grace # meditation

When you start meditation and after
meditating for some time you observe that your mind is not one pointed , it means you have put your own effort but His grace is not there.

Now when His grace is there and you meditate , you will find that automatically you get one pointed .

So you must keep in mind that His grace is needed for you to get pushed in , till then your effort should continue.

प्रकाशमाने परमार्थभानौ,
नश्यत्यविधा तिमिरे समस्ते।
तदा बुधा निर्मल दृष्टयोऽपि,
किंचित् न पश्यन्ति भवप्रपंचम।।

गुरु महाराज कहते हैं, जब परर्माथ रूपी सूर्य के उदय होने पर अज्ञान रूपी (नेत्रों का ) तिमिर रोग नष्ट होता है,तब ज्ञानी जन , मल-रहित दृष्टि के होने पर संसार के आडम्बर को, तनिक भी नहीं देखते उन्हें चित सूर्य का प्रकाश हर और नजर आता है।

Guru maharaj explains, when a yogi remains one pointed he realizes the sun of supreme knowledge, and when his ignorance has ended and he becomes a realized soul,then, no matter whatever he does he is soaked in God consciousness everywhere and has attained eternal samadhi.
