The incident happened at Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering, Patiala Road, Sangrur. Kashmiri students attacked & physically assaulted in many colleges of Punjab & Chandigarh after India lost a cricket match to Pakistan. Police was standing there when the Kashmiri students were attacked, abused and assaulted. The policemen did noting bit were mute spectators.
