VISIT THE FAMOUS ANCIENT MAHAKALI SHAKTIPEETH TEMPLE
DURING NAVARATRI AND SEEK THE BLESSINGS OF THE GODDESS!
Shree Mahakali Pindi Peeth
The temple Shree Mahakali Pindi Shakti peeth is situated in the beautiful hills of Aaravali, 5 km in north-east of Amarsar village, which is 75 km away in northwest of Jaipur city, capital of Rajasthan. The temple is at the hill top whose height is about 500 ft. from ground level and to reach there 451 steps are built.
At, the hill top, the grandeur temple of Shree Kali mata is situated.
There are many myths related to this temple. It is believed that the temple belongs to era of the mahabharata.
According to folklore in Amarsar village, the goddess kali was manifested in front of a woodcutter, with impressing of his devotion, goddess told him about a secrete treasure and ordered to built a temple, then goddess turned into Pindi. This is the pindi that was later kept in temple by woodcutter for worship.
There is another belief that in dwapar yug Pandavas use the cave of temple for dwelling during their exile.
Another story in our legend is that shri Krishna advised Arjun to worship the Goddess Kali at this temple before going to participate in famous war of Mahabharat. Arjun did the same and got blessed for his victory.
The devotees come here frequently to fulfill their wishes and got blessed from all around the country. In Navratra seasons the huge crowd in temple to worship.
At the underneath there are many temples also. An idol of mahakali is at the entry point of temple. The devotee who is not able to go at hill top can perform worship there. Apart from this temple of Lord shiva, Bhairava and Narshinga are also there.

The nearest major Station is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Once you reach the Jaipur Railway Station you can take a Bus or a Taxi to the Temple, which will drop at foothills
