The Deanery of Jabalpur is honored to announce a Leadership Training Program for the youth, a significant endeavor to empower and guide the emerging leaders among us. This transformative program is scheduled to take place from 25th November 2023 at 4 pm to 27th November 2023 at 4 pm at St. Aloysius School, Sadar, Jabalpur.

Each parish is graciously invited to send a delegation of ten members, including esteemed office bearers, to partake in this Leadership Training Program. The presence of parish office bearers is particularly essential, and we kindly urge them to attend alongside bringing actively engaged youth members.

On this auspicious day of November 11, 2023, the Shahdol Deanery hosted a Youth Orientation where around 200 faithful youth participated. The event was graced by the presence of the Diocesan Youth Director, Fr. Pradeep. Commencing with the wisdom from
Ephesians 6:1-3
"Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother'—which is the first commandment with a promise—'so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.'"

DYD Fr. Pradeep emphasized the significance of family and the youth's duty to obey their parents in the Lord. Following his insightful talk, Fr. Stanlin Parish Priest of Amlai further expounded on these themes.

The occasion was enriched with enlightening narratives shared by Ms. Priyal Toppo, Former Nexco (2018-2020), providing a valuable perspective on her personal experiences in youth movements.

Amidst this enriching experience, the Deanery Youth witnessed democratic proceedings with elections taking place, resulting in the appointment of new office bearers who will undoubtedly guide the Deanery Youth with dedication and vision.

May the teachings of the day echo
Proverbs 1:8-9: "Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction and do not forsake your mother’s teaching. They are a garland to grace your head and a chain to adorn your neck."

May these insights continue to guide and inspire the Deanery Youth in their journey of faith and service.
