Psalm 119:28

My SOUL is weary with SORROW;
STRENGTHEN me according to your WORD.

WHEN OUR HEART IS FILLED WITH SORROW AND THIS SORROW COULD STEM FROM VARIOUS SOURCES, SUCH AS

OUR PERSONAL SIN, PERSECUTION, OR THE GENERAL HARDSHIPS OF LIFE...

WE MUST LEARN TO RELY ON GOD'S PROMISES AND HIS TEACHINGS AS OUR SOURCE OF STRENGTH, COMFORT AND GUIDANCE IN THE TIMES OF DISTRESS..
