Sometimes we ask, “Lord, if You promised it, why the delay?”

The answer is often simple: God loves permanence more than speed.

A fruit that ripens too quickly does not last long. In the same way, God often takes time to prepare us before He releases His promises. He is not only interested in giving a blessing; He wants us to be able to sustain it, steward it, and glorify Him through it. Habakkuk 2:3

Everyone has goals in life and some we can reach on our own, but some take a little more help. There are things that we desire that only God can give us. When things are not going our way and we are turning to God for help, but He does not seem to hear us, we start to get discouraged. We feel as if He is not there for us or does not care to help us, but that is not true. He hears you and he knows the desires of your heart. He will give you everything you desire when the time is right.

“God still leads us to the places we’ve never been before.”
Life often brings us to unfamiliar places—new opportunities, unexpected changes, and uncertain seasons. While the unknown can feel intimidating, God is never surprised by what lies ahead. He sees the path before we take the first step.
Just as God guided Abraham to a land he had never seen and led the Israelites through the wilderness, He continues to lead His children today. We may not know every detail of the journey, but we can trust the One who does.
When God opens a new door, He also provides the grace, wisdom, and strength needed for the next step. Our responsibility is not to know everything about the future; it is to follow Him faithfully.
