Your Vote Matter's

Your vote is not just a personal choice; it has far-reaching implications for the future of your country and generations to come. When you cast your vote in Indian elections, you are shaping the destiny of your nation and laying the foundation for the values, morals, and ethics that will guide future generations.

By voting, you have the power to promote love, humanity, and the right to question and equality. You are sowing seeds of progress and prosperity, ensuring that future generations inherit a society built on principles of freedom and liberty.

It's crucial to be diligent and informed when exercising your right to vote. Consider the consequences of voting based on factors like religion, caste, or family ties. History has shown that nations divided along these lines often become breeding grounds for terrorism, hatred, and discrimination.

Instead, vote for growth and freedom. Choose candidates and policies that prioritize unity, inclusivity, and secularism. By doing so, you contribute to building a nation where every individual is valued and respected, regardless of their background.

Remember, your vote is not just a mark on a ballot; it's a statement about your values, beliefs, and aspirations for the future. So, think carefully about the path you want your country to take and vote for the kind of society you want to leave for future generations.

Art of Life - Jesus Way

The central mission of the church

In the contemporary world, it's disheartening to observe that some churches have started to resemble social clubs more than centers of worship and spiritual growth. They have transformed into entertainment hubs, music venues, meeting spots, and even places for dating and dining. While these activities can have their place within a church community, it's essential to reflect on the primary mission and purpose of the church.

The central mission of the church, as emphasized by Jesus Himself, is to go and preach the Gospel. This core purpose often gets overshadowed or even lost amid the various other activities and events that churches organize. When a church drifts away from its primary mission, it's akin to salt losing its saltiness, as Jesus illustrated in the Bible.

In Matthew 5:13, Jesus said, "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot." Similarly, when a church forgets its fundamental purpose of proclaiming the Gospel and making disciples, it can lose its spiritual impact and become more like a social club.

In Matthew 7:21, Jesus addresses the issue of churches or individuals who may claim to do many things in His name but miss the mark when it comes to genuine faith and obedience. He says, "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

Therefore, it's crucial for churches to self-reflect and ensure that their activities align with their primary mission of spreading the Gospel and nurturing the spiritual growth of their members. While fellowship, music, and social events can be important aspects of church life, they should always support and enhance the central mission of proclaiming Christ's message of salvation and transformation.
