Gurumandal Ashram was established by the great saint Shree Atmaswarupji Maharaj’s main disciple Shree Anandswarupji and other disciples. They bought the land and started the construction of ashram in 1910.Shree Chandravidhyanandji Pandya, a Surat based engineer, supervised the construction project. This construction was based on the architecture and art of Gujarat. The 5 day long inauguration cere
mony took place in 1969 with participation of the main learned pandit of Kashi Shree Shivkumarji Shashtri and others. Ashram facilitates many rooms for visitors and guests. There is a Sanskrit Vidhyalaya with boarding and lodging facility and huge Library with a great collection of ancient books with beautiful temple of Lord Dwarkadhish in the middle of the ashram.
