पावर हाउस एक जैसी ही बिजली सप्लाई करता है, फिर भी एयर कंडीशनर का काम ठंडा करना है, हीटर का काम गर्म करना है, और बिजली के तार को छूने पर ज़ोरदार झटका लगता है। ठीक वैसे ही, भगवान ने सभी को अपनी शक्ति दी है, लेकिन हर व्यक्ति अपने स्वभाव के अनुसार ही काम करता है। जिसका स्वभाव राम जैसा होता है, वह राम बन जाता है; जिसका स्वभाव शिव जैसा होता है, वह शिव बन जाता है; और जिसका स्वभाव रावण जैसा होता है, वह रावण बन जाता है।

रिप्रोडक्टिव ग्लैंड के स्राव से ज्यादा सुख पीनियल ग्लैंड के स्राव में है। पीनियल ग्लैंड में जब स्राव होता है तो उसे योग और रिप्रोडक्टिव ग्लैंड में जब स्राव होता है तो उसे भोग कहते है।
योग चेतना/स्फूर्ति/स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ाने वाला जबकि भोग जड़ता/आलस्य/रोग को बढ़ाने वाला होता है।

There is greater bliss in the secretion of the pineal gland than in the secretion of the reproductive glands. When secretion occurs in the pineal gland, it is termed *Yoga*; conversely, when it occurs in the reproductive glands, it is termed *Bhog*.
*Yoga* serves to enhance consciousness, vitality, and health, whereas *Bhog* tends to foster inertia, lethargy, and disease.
