क्या है मेरी बारी में।

जिसे सींचना था मधुजल से
सींचा खारे पानी से,
नहीं उपजता कुछ भी ऐसी
विधि से जीवन-क्यारी में।
क्या है मेरी बारी में।

आंसू-जल से सींच-सींचकर
बेलि विवश हो बोता हूं,
स्रष्टा का क्या अर्थ छिपा है
मेरी इस लाचारी में।
क्या है मेरी बारी में।

टूट पडे मधुऋतु मधुवन में
कल ही तो क्या मेरा है,
जीवन बीत गया सब मेरा
जीने की तैयारी में|
