๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฐ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ฆ
Two brothers were traveling from village to village, preaching the Gospel and sharing the Word of God. As evening approached one day, the sun dipped low on the horizon, and they began looking for a place to rest.
Eventually, they came upon a large mansion at the edge of a town. They knocked on the door and were greeted by the wealthy owner. However, despite their kind words and peaceful mission, the man offered them no food, no water, not even a blanket or a corner of his home.
Instead, he pointed to a broken down cowshed behind the mansion. โ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ,โ he said coldly.
The younger brother, tired from the journey, quickly fell asleep in the dusty, cobweb filled shed. The older brother, however, could not sleep. He spent the night quietly cleaning and repairing the shed patching holes, sweeping the dust, and restoring the broken beams.
When morning came, the younger brother was shocked to see the cowshed transformed. It looked almost new clean, neat, and peaceful.
Confused and slightly upset, he asked,
โWhy did you do all this for someone who didnโt even offer us a drop of water?โ
The older brother simply replied,
โ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ . ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐.โ
They thanked the mansion owner and went on their way.

That evening, they entered another village and start preaching the gosple again. As the sun set, they came across a humble cottage where a poor couple lived with their only cow. The cow's milk was their only source of income, enough to buy a single meal a day.
Despite having very little, the couple welcomed the brothers with open arms. They offered them food, the only bed in the house, and even gave them a blanket to keep warm. Their generosity was sincere and full of love.
That night, the younger brother again fell asleep quickly, comforted by the warmth of their hosts. The older brother, however, stepped outside into the cold night and stayed awake.
The next morning, the brothers were awakened by crying. The couple was heartbroken, their cow had died during the night. ๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ก๐จ๐จ๐.
The younger brother was furious.
He turned to his older brother and said,
โ๐๐ผ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป? Last night, they gave us everything they had, and now theyโve lost the only thing they depended on? You couldโve prayed or done something to protect them!โ
The older brother looked at him sadly and replied,
โ๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ. ๐๐๐ญ ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง.โ
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ (He could not bear the brother complaining)
The older brother then told him:
โOn our first night, while I was cleaning the cowshed, I found a hidden stash of gold and jewelry buried in the floor worth far more than anything the mansion owner had. Had he treated us with kindness, we couldโve told him. But his greed and arrogance blinded him, and so the treasure remains hidden. I cleaned the shed not for him, but to preserve the treasure for someone who might be more deserving one day.โ
โLast night,โ he continued, โthe angel of death came for the poor manโs life. But I prayed and pleaded on his behalf. In exchange, I asked that the cowโs life be taken instead of his. His time was extended because of the kindness he showed to us. The cow may be gone, but life remains and where there is life, there is hope. God will bless them tenfold for their generosity.โ
The younger brother stood silent, humbled and overwhelmed.
The older brother gently said,
โ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐๐, ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ. ๐๐จ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ . ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐๐๐ซ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ซ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ง ๐ก๐ข๐๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐๐ฒ.โ

God works in ways we may not always see. Every action has a reason, and divine justice always prevails sometimes through loss, sometimes through grace. Never judge a moment too quickly.

Set an example in love, faith, and purity regardless of how others treat you. God sees the heart, and every act of kindness leaves a mark in eternity as mention in 1 Timothy 4:12)
