CHURCH BUILDING : Rented Building. We organize and implement annual programs that focus on the conregation?s time, and treasures. We also sponsor seminars at the Church and provide articles in our monthly news letter on stewardship topics such as trusts and wills charitable giving and our mission sponsor pastors. Income projections are based on special programs in place for any given year and new membership pledging. And conducting the Revival meetings at anywhere of our state or District to build and grounds budget, are devel- oped through input from specefic team leaders and known upcoming ex- presses. The finance team meets to review proposed budget from the teams and approve for congregational approval at our annual meeting in April. Currently, We allocate 9% of our budget for the support of Ministries out- side of the Church and the Crusades which had conducted by the Nibandhana. Organizational Statement of Faith

beingasmallsizecongregation.Ourfollowersarediversesomanydifferent
needsandinterests.Butthere?snotenoughofu s,notyetanyway,tofund
thehiredhandsweneedtoleadthewayandmentormemberswhowill
volunteeriftheyhaveastrongsupportsys temintheChurhoffice. Ourpastorwillgiveleadershipandguidancetotheconfirmationpro-
gram,havingtheoptionsofteachinga ndmentoringlayteachers.Hewill
encourageandsupportthechildren?sministryandvacationprograms.We
havebeenfortunateino urchoice,becausehehasworkedinvisibleand
manyinvisiblewaystogivewholesomeoutletsandinformalinstructionto
ourkids.H e?sgatheredthesupportofparentsandchurchmembersatlarge

ferencehookups,distance/earning,andlike.Inthisregardweneedthe
