Choti Kashi

Choti Kashi Gola Gokrannath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. But, on the way, Ravana left the Shiva-ling for some time with a devotee. The Shivling got installed there.

According to legend, Lord Shiva, delighted by the penance done by Ravana in the Treta Yug, directed him to install a Shivling in Lanka with the instruction that it should not be put on land.
