Two of the most underrated forms of wealth 🌱
✨ Good health
🧘‍♂️ Peace of mind

A life with less chaos and more awareness is true richness.
When the mind is calm and the heart is kind, everything else finds its place.

🌸 Kindfulness — kindness rooted in mindfulness — is the real wealth we should cultivate every day.

May you be healthy, peaceful, and gentle with yourself and others 🙏

📜 A page from our history — often forgotten, often misunderstood

This image comes from a historical record of the Chittagong Hill Tracts. It shows how Christian missionaries translated religious texts into Chakma script and linked education with conversion, including public baptism.

For this reason, many Chakma families in the past chose not to send their children to missionary schools. This decision was not because Chakmas were against education, but because schooling at that time was closely tied to religious conversion, which posed a threat to our Buddhist faith, culture, and identity.

Avoiding missionary schools was a conscious act of protection — to preserve our religion, language, and way of life. Our ancestors valued learning, but they wanted education that did not come at the cost of losing who we are.

Understanding this history is important today, especially when our past choices are misrepresented or judged without context.

Remembering our history is part of protecting our future. 🙏🏽
