Pentecost Sunday at New Life beholding the beautiful presence of the Spirit of God in the room 🕊🔥.

Today marks the day when the prophecy that God will pour out His Spirit on all flesh was fulfilled and that has not ceased in our times. We are still living in the prophecy.
The Holy Spirit is God's promise so we can receive His fullness in our life. We need the HolySpirit everyday and in every way -
•To make wise decisions.
•To be guided in the right path, always.
•To accomplish our God-given purpose on earth.
•To walk humbly.
•To walk in power & annointing.

As you begin your week, may the Holy Spirit help you to walk in character & be fruitful and empower you to be an effective witness wherever you are.

What a beautiful and powerful visitation of the HolySpirit in the room today marked by lives surrendered to Jesus & being filled with the HolySpirit!
Evang. Jonah brought a power sermon titled "Baptism of the HolySpirit". Receiving the Holy Spirit is not just for some selected few, it is for every believer who is willing. It's a GIFT. It's a PROMISE. You don't have to pray the perfect prayer, Jesus has already prayed the Father for the HolySpirit to be given to every believer (John 14:16-18). Our part now, is to receive and receive by faith just like salvation. The Holy Spirit wants to make His home in you, dwell in you and upon you so that you have help for everything and are never alone and become a witness for Jesus Christ.

As you begin your week, allow and let the HolySpirit help you, guide you, teach you and lead you.

We love Sundays because we get to worship together, serve together, be built up from The Word, see lives transformed and build lasting relationships.
What a Word from Sir Wasenmo Apon today titled "Integration of Faith & Work". Our faith and work has to go hand in hand for us to grow and flourish in our spiritual walk. All of what we are able to do out of the grace of God should always point back to Jesus and not ourselves.

Carry this as you begin your week from today's sermon:
As the children of light, we are called to carry His presence & shine His light in us - making a difference, wherever we are and in whatever we do.

Sundays at New Life are never dull because we get to be in the presence of the Lord together and where His presence is there is fullness of joy and freedom.

Today the Church has been encouraged from Part-2 of Ps Among's message titled "What is Jesus doing now?" - Jesus is our intercessor. He is interceeding for us. He is not alien to what we go through in life. He is our perfect High Priest. He sympathizes us in our weaknesses and gives strength.
He is our good Shepherd who knows us, cares for us and leads us through and through.

As you step into a new week, step in taking your place as a Child of God and on His finished work.

What a blessed Sunday gathering as the Body of Christ and be reminded from the Word, of the perfect High Priest and an Advocate we have in Christ who interceeds for us, pleads our case and stands for us - never leaving nor forsaking but being the Good Shepherd that He is.

As we begin a new week may we find peace and rest in this truth that we serve a faithful God, even in our weaknesses & limitations, He is our strength and He's got us.
