During our childhood we used to hear that Maa Durga's eyes looked teary on the day of Dashami and every time I looked at her eyes on Dashami l had realised that it's not a myth. The heart feels weirdly heavy, Durga Puja is an emotion for us, mostly because we never see Durga Maa as a Goddess we see her as a mother who visits us for only 5 days to stay with her loved ones after defeating Mahisasura.
We are an escape for Maa. It's a wait for another year to see Maa again, to relish every single moment of these 5 days. That is why Durga Puja is not just a festival it's an emotional devotion.✨
