How many Yellamma temples in India?

I know 2, very keen to see more and its locations.

1) Saundatti-Yellamma, Karnataka, 591126, Timings: 5am to 9pm

2) Ellamma temple, Ellappanaicken valasu, Dharapuram, Tamil Nadu.

Dear Yellamma Devotees,

Its been quite while I haven't touched based with you. I believe all of you arr from different places. At present I know only two temples for Yellamma. 1) Saundati (Karnataka), 2) Dharapuram (Tamilnadu).

If you could share the rest of the temples locations along with its photo, it would be great.
