Garbha Sanskar is an ancient Indian practice that involves various techniques and rituals to promote the overall well-being of the mother and child during pregnancy. It includes activities such as listening to music, reading spiritual texts, and maintaining a positive environment.
They are in india

-Interviewing doctors, caregivers, coachs or activists that are promoting Garbh Sanskar, may it be by supporting it or by counselling couples
-Discussing with individuals who have been following (or are currently following) Garbh Sanskar and are willing to share their own experiences.
