The Chapel, St. Stephen's College The College Chapel stands at the very heart of the campus. Open to people of all faiths and denomina The St.

Stephen's College Chapel is built in an Anglican design. It is, however, open to Christians from all denominations, and welcomes people from other faiths, as well. A morning worship service takes place everyday from Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 am and continuing till 8:20 am, with the Holy Eucharist observed every Wednesday. The Sunday worship service takes place at 6:00 pm in the evening, wi

th the Holy Communion observed on only the first Sunday of the month. The Chapel mostly remains open during daytime, for meditation purposes. There are Bible Study Sessions and various other Dedication activities that take place in the Chapel. There is a marble engraving on the floor, just before the altar, that reads out Sir Samuel Scott Allnutt's name. This is where the remains of the founding Principal of the College lie. The Chapel is undoubtedly the only place in college that affords peace to one and all - to those who meditate, pray, sing praises, or to anyone who desires to spend some time in silence. More than anything, it is a place for both spiritual and personal growth.
