And here we are again to present you 2k18's Durga Puja. And we know we are late again this year. So with huge apologies let's buckle up because we won't let you miss this.
And the day came, 15th October 2018, Maa was welcomed with all the love, warmth and joy as everyone awaited for her arrival and here she was. As the day was setting down, everyone gathered around to enjoy the voice of our welcomed singer Basu. Chandeliers and light were set to turn the Pandal Hopping into a Night Show Club. Our heavy duty, power packed guards too posed for a quick shot. And then our members welcomed , a talented young age singer and the runner up of the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, who made his cheer with saying "Wole Wole Aa" - the FIFA 2k18 song sung by Rik Basu himself and the cute young ones danced like never before 🌟

Being the day known for its royalty but with a touch of sadness. Some way or the other we all know, soon Navami will come and we’ll have to say Goodbye to Maa. So , remembering that thought, we start our day of Navami. With the games of musical chair of girls and ladies, we all had a laughter time. With the awesome bhog of Navami to the kids looking for something in their mom’s purses and with some cute shots womens and girls, we all desperately wait for Navami Night. And on the last night, for our Maa, we all danced like crazy beings for the Dhunochi saying aloud “Bolo Durga Maa i Ki Joy” till our body’s sweat like hell losing all our energy and get our seats for the dance show of Dance Group and the voices of Bhaduri and , the night ends at 2, with the crowd full of energy and our members enjoying the show at the office …

Well one thing I’m sure of, that you may well know about how auspicious the day Maha Asthami is. Nooo ??? No worries. Let me tell you then. With the ladies dressed in gorgeous sarees and men in fab Kurtas, the ladies keep a fast for our Maa till they break it by the morning prayers of Pushpanjali. And for the kids, the drawing competition was held and the kids enjoyed their time with their drawing skills. From taking selfies to the ladies having their bhog, came the eve of Ashthami, starting with the energetic and auspicious Dhunochi. Then the performances of Govind Padmavati Bayol Sampraday, which we the bongs enjoy a lot and the music in the air created by & with the modern time songs …

And another day came, known as Maha Soptomi, means another day for people gatherings, meeting and hanging out with friends, spending quality time with our special ones. And again another night, another celebration. With the songs of 20’s awesome singer Kishore Kumar but in the voice of Banerjee and with the Kathak performance of Dance Academy. And in all this, the crowd cheered full of energy clapping their hands with tune and music set in the air by the performers …

First of all, apologies for so late upload. But now here they are.
Being the day known as Maha Shoshti, everyone come to see her who only returns to her own home for only 4 days in a year. Here she is, the most humble , kind, caring but still fierce towards the evil, our Durga Maa.
And by the time of night, everyone gets excited about the celebration and performances. From Mohita Das humble and phenomenal dance, to the sweet voice of and the speech of our most devoted committee members the Shoshti goes by …
