Happy Birthday to the Mother of our Church, Aunty Joyce! 🎉🕊️

Today, we celebrate a woman whose life is a beautiful testament to faith, strength, and unwavering dedication. As the beloved wife of our Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. R Abraham, she is truly the spiritual spine of NICOG and CCC.

If there is one thing every single member of our organization knows, it’s that Aunty Joyce is a profound woman of prayer. She carries our entire congregation in her heart, leading us in intercession and standing in the gap for us all. Her strong leadership, spiritual wisdom, and boundless love inspire us every single day.

Thank you for being our prayer warrior, our pillar of strength, and our guide. We love and honor you today and always! ✨

Mothers, agar aap apne bachon ke liye prarthana kar rahe hain ki wo sevakai mein jayen, toh aaj hi se wo prarthana rok dijiye! Don’t worry, here is what you should be praying instead.

According to Isaiah 42:7, Parmeshwar ne ek bulahat di hai to bring light to those who are blind in unbelief. We need to pray that our children will free the captives and bring people out of darkness. Aaj hi se apne bachon ke jeevan par Parmeshwar ka vachan bolna shuru kar dijiye. When you do this, they won’t just enter ministry, they will do true ministry for God!

After all the prayer and preparation, it was absolutely beautiful to see everyone so comfortable in God’s presence. Koi floor par, koi chairs par, aur kuch sides mein baithkar—everyone was simply soaking in Prabhu ki upasthiti. ✨

Even under the bright sun, the energy during the games was incredible! It was amazing to see everyone joyfully participating, sharing laughs, and building deeper bonds of love and family. ☀️💛

Worship, fellowship, great food, aur saath mein guzara hua yeh anmol samay... God truly blessed our church family at Capital Christian Centre. 🙏

Yesterday’s Picnic Sunday at Surat Garden was a beautiful reminder of how amazing our community is. We spent the day soaking in the outdoors with powerful worship, an inspiring message, and so many laughs over great food and fun games. It is always a blessing to grow closer to God and to each other!

We’ve all been told — don’t be proud, don’t be arrogant, don’t boast. But what if God actually gives you permission to boast? Not in your degree, not in your talent, not in your achievements — but in HIM. There are 3 things God is truly delighted when you boast about. Boast in his presence. Boast in knowing him deeply. And the most powerful one that most people never talk about — boast in your weakness. Because your weakness is not your end. That is exactly where his grace shows up the most. 🔥

हमें हमेशा यही सिखाया गया — घमंड मत करो, अहंकार मत रखो। लेकिन क्या हो अगर परमेश्वर खुद तुम्हें घमंड करने की इजाज़त दे? अपनी डिग्री पर नहीं, अपनी काबिलियत पर नहीं — बल्कि सिर्फ उस पर। 3 चीज़ें हैं जिन पर परमेश्वर चाहता है कि तुम घमंड करो। उसकी उपस्थिति पर, उसे जानने पर। और सबसे ज़रूरी जो कोई नहीं बताता — अपनी कमज़ोरी पर घमंड करो। क्योंकि तुम्हारी कमज़ोरी तुम्हारा अंत नहीं — वहीं से उसका अनुग्रह शुरू होता है। 🙌

The Bible doesn’t just tell us to worship — it tells us how. Here’s what most people miss about community worship 👇

1. It has to be REAL
God isn’t impressed by performance. Jesus said worship must be “in Spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). Showing up means nothing if your heart isn’t in the room.

2. You actually NEED other people
Solo faith was never the plan. Hebrews 10:25 literally warns against skipping gathering — because your presence encourages someone who’s about to give up.

3. It should BUILD, not just entertain
Paul shut down the chaos in Corinth for a reason. Everything in worship — the songs, the message, the prayers — should make people stronger, not just feel something in the moment.

4. Awe is not optional
God is a “consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:29). Worship isn’t a vibe check. It’s standing before a holy God — and that deserves reverence, not just a good time.

5. Sunday is the OVERFLOW, not the whole thing 💡
Romans 12:1 calls your entire life a “living sacrifice.” What you bring to worship on Sunday is just the visible expression of how you’ve been living all week.

True worship isn’t a moment. It’s a lifestyle.
