Tahreek Farogh-e-Islam ke ek Wafd ne National Vice President Qari Muhammad Aasif Raza Barkaati Sahab ki Qayadat me aaj dopahar Deputy Commissioner of Police (Mira Bhayandar Vasai Virar) Mr Amit Kale se Mulaqat kar ke Ek Letter diya jisme kaha gaya hai ki "Maharashtra Police ki janib se ki jane wali karrwayi se ham Satisfy nahi hain, Police activities to dikha rahi hai lekin abhi tak na hi Gustaakh Yati Narsimhanand ke Social Media Accounts delete hue hain aur na hi wo arrest hua hai,
Agar 31st May tak Karrwayi nahi hoti hai to hum dobara JAIL BHARO AANDOLAN ki date announce karenge", DCP ne fauran hi SP Cyber Cell se phone per baat ki jis per SP ne 3-4 din ke andar Karrwayi karne ko kaha, DCP Mr Amit Kale ne SP Ghaziabad se bhi baat karne ka yaqeen dilaya.

Qari Aasif Sahab ne kaha ki agar 31 May tak Karrwayi nahi hui to Tahreek Farogh e Islam Aandolan ke liye Agli Tareekh ka elaan karegi.

Jail Bharo Andolan me humne Maharashtra police ke saamne 6 Mutalbat rakhein the.

Isi silsiley ko aage badhate hue humne 05 May ko Maharashtra police ko pendrive me Narsinghanand Saraswati ki Gustakhiyon se related 121 URL (links) share kiye the aur ye maang ki thi ki "Maharashtra Police pehle iski puri details apne pas record ke liye jama kare taki Court me evidence ke taur pe unhe pesh kiya jaa sake aur phir un links ko delete karwaye".

Maharashtra Police fauran action me aayi aur sare links check karne ke baad 07 May se har links pe apni report taiyaar karke action lena shuru kar diya tha.

Example ke taur pe Maharashtra Police ka ek letter aapse share kiya jaa raha hai jisme Police ne Facebook (USA) se ye details maange hai..

1. Linked account ka IP address, ISP, Location aur registration details.
2. Do Mahine ka Log details aur kin kin Mobile/computer se isko access kiya gya hai aur kis email/mobile se registration hua aur uski location, Mobile ka IMEI details.

In details ko Maharastra police apne pas record ke taur pe rakhegi aur evidence ke taur pe Narshighnand aur uske associates ke khilaf court me pesh karegi.

Facebook/Instagram aur Youtube pehle ye details share karenge aur fir un accounts ko delete karenge.

Police ka ye Action Jail Bharo Aandolan me Giraftari ke liye aapke badhe hue Qadam ki wajah se hai, Karwayi jaise jaise aage badhegi hum aapke saath details share karte rahenge.

*2*۔ باربار گستاخیاں کرنے والے ہندوستانی (فہرست فراہم کی جا رہی ہے) کو گرفتار اور ان کے سوشل میڈیا کھاتوں کو بند کریں۔
*3*۔ گستاخی کرنے والے غیر ملکیوں (ان میں سے بارہا گستاخی کرنے والوں کی فہرست فراہم کی جا رہی ہے) کے سوشل میڈیا کھاتوں پر ہندوستان میں پابندی لگائیں اور ان کے خلاف ایک انٹرپول نوٹس اور وارنٹ بھی جاری کریں۔
*4*۔ سوشل میڈیا سے سارے گستاخانہ ویڈیوز (کچھ کی فہرست فراہم کی جا رہی ہے) کو ہٹائیں اور ان کو اپ لوڈ کرنے والے کے خلاف ہندوستانی تعزیرات کی دفعہ A295 کے تحت اقدامات کریں اور ان پر این ایس اے لاگو کریں۔
*5*۔ پارلیمنٹ میں ایسا قانون پاس کرائیں جو ہمارے پیارے نبی کے خلاف گستاخی کو این ایس اے اور توہین کا مجرم ثابت کرے۔
*6*۔ ہندوستان بھر سے ایسی گستاخیوں کی شکایات درج کرانے کیلئے ہیلپ لائن کے طور فون نمبر، ای میل، ٹوئیٹر اکاؤنٹ جاری کریں۔ اور ان کے مطابق گستاخ کے خلاف 48 گھنٹوں کے اندر کارروائی کی جائے۔

1. Arrest Narshimhanand Saraswati under NSA and block all his social media accounts and freeze his bank accounts.

2. Arrest frequent offenders from India (list provided) and block all their social media related accounts.

3. Ban International offenders social media accounts in India (list of frequent offenders is provided) and issue an Interpol notice and warrant against them.

4. Remove all gustaqhi videos from social media (list provided) and take action against the uploaders under IPC 295A and impose NSA on them.

5. Pass a law in Parliament bringing Blasphemy and Insult to our beloved Prophet under NSA and Sedition.

6. Release a Helpline number/Email/Tweeter account where any form of Gustaqhi can be reported from all over India and action to be taken against Gustaqh within 48 hours.

Kya aur Kaise karna hai......?

1. DCP/DM/SDM ko area ka koi ek zimmedar shakhs ek letter bhej de jisme likha hoga ki Paighambar e Islamﷺ ki Shaan me pichle kai Salo'n se gustakhiyan ki ja rahi hain jinke khilaf musalmano ne badi Tadad me Complaint, FIR, Memorendum diye magar Hukoomat ki janib se koi karrwayi nahi ho rahi isliye Tahreek Farogh e Islam, Delhi ne Mulkgeer Jail Bharo Aandolan ka Elaan kiya hai, main bhi doosre Musalmano ke sath 21 Ramzan 04 May 2021 ko aapke Office per dopahar 12 baje giraftari dunga.(Letter ka Matter aap hamare Helpline no. se le sakte hain).

2. Letter dene ke bad Police aapke rabte me aayegi aur pressure banane ki koshish karegi ki aap Giraftari ka programme cancel kar den, aapko saaf kahna hai ki Tahreek Farogh e Islam, Delhi ki janib se Elan hua hai, ye hamare Nabi ﷺ ki Izzat ka mamla hai isliye hum zaroor giraftari denge.

3. Apne Area me 2 Grps Tayyar karen, 1 Giraftari dene walon ka, doosra peechhe se Qanooni wa Maali Madad Karne walon ka.

4. Apne Area ke kam se kam 2 Criminal Lawyers se meeting karen aur unke Contact Numbers aur Name hamare Helpline Number per de den, taki ham unse Rabta rakh saken.

5. Zyada se zyada logo ko giraftari ke liye Tayyar karen. Tadad jitni zyada hogi utna asar zyada hoga. Iske liye Sociol Media Activities bhi karen, Press Confrence karen, Media support na kare to You tubers ko bula kar bayan den.

6. Giraftari dene walon ki list tayyar karte jayen, sabko kisi ek jagah per 04 May ko subh 10 baje jama hone ko kahen, ye hidayat bhi den ki Mask laga kar aayen aur door door khade hon.

7. Jab Sab Jama ho jayenge to Sociol Distancing ke Saath Office (Jahan giraftari dene ke liye aapne letter me likha hai) ke liye jana hai aur sabki list Officer ko dena hai ki hame Arrest kiya jaye.

We would like to inform that an FIR with FIR number 0132 dated 08th March 2021 has been filed in Mira Bhayandar, Nayanagar Police station against Yati Narshimhanand Saraswati who belongs to Akhil Bharatiya Sant Parishad Peethadeshwar Shiv Shakti Dham, Dhansa, for giving blasphemous and insulting statements against our beloved Prophet Sallallahu Alahi Wasallam which has hurt the sentiments of entire Muslim community of India and are in anguish.

We would like to inform you that this is not the first law breaking incident by him, earlier too he has broke the Law of this country multiple times and multiple FIR has been filed against him in year 2005, 2010, 2014 and 2018, but yet after all these FIR he is yet not arrested, therefore we request your intervention in the matter and get him arrested immediately.
