REJECTION AND BROKENNESS
PRAISE THE LORD
My dear beloved brothers and sisters in CHRIST, you may be broken or hurt due to the rejection and failures in your life. You might be in a situation in life where you want to be all alone and silent and your heart may be crying due to the rejection by your loved ones. I pray that below words from LIVING WORD of GOD may console you and may the HOLY SPIRIT touch your heart deeply and make your heart a new heart like CHRIST (1 Corinthians 2:16)
Let us have a look on the valuable scriptures from Bible. (Psalm 34:18) “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted, and saves the crushed in spirit.” It is speaking about a heart which is broken into pieces and it has more than one pain in it. It is a heart which not a healthy and joyful heart. Whereas, the Bible teaches us that LORD is near to the brokenhearted. My dear, LORD is near to you, closer than any humans and beyond your imaginations. LORD is hearing your voices and is very well aware of your thoughts going on in your mind. And HE is watching over all your tears rolling down your cheeks. Just like a father watching his child, with same compassion and love, GOD is watching you. And GOD is saying to you, “I have collected all your tears in my bottle. I have recorded each one in my book” (Psalm 56:8) and also saying, “I will heal your broken heart and bandage your wounds” (Psalm 147:3)
My beloved, GOD knows your situation and feelings of your heart and says to you “For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” as written in (Jeremiah 29:11)
Looking at the present situation in your life, don’t be anxious and do not worry about your future. Beautiful and victorious life is waiting for you!! When JESUS was crucified on cross, his disciples thought everything has finished. But sinners started getting saved from that cross and people with all kinds of diseases started getting healed by looking at the cross. Remember when all doors are closed in your life or where there is death end, a new highway is being opened for you by your savior CHRIST. With the experience of my life, i can assure you that all the struggles, tough situations of life, come only to give you a perfect nature. And always remember that you are in the mighty hand of a potter who is the creator of heavens and earth.
If we look at the life of JESUS, he also faced despise and rejection by mankind as written in (Isaiah 53:3) “He was hated and rejected; his life was filled with sorrow and terrible suffering. No one wanted to look at him. We despised him and said, "He is a nobody!" By this verse, we can easily understand that LORD JESUS CHRIST can also feel our pain and when LORD JESUS was on earth HE was fully man and HE used to cry with one who cries, as we know about Lazarus as it is written in (John 11:33-35) “When Jesus saw her crying, and the Jews who had come with her crying, he was deeply moved in his spirit and troubled.” Where have you put him?" he asked. "LORD," they told him, "come and see." JESUS wept. JESUS also cries with you and is aware of your condition of your spirit.
So don’t trouble yourself and feel down. FATHER JESUS is near to you for your help. Make your relationship with GOD such that HE may become father to you before being your GOD. And you may be able to call HIM “FATHER JESUS” courageously.
You forgive those who hurt you because “we must be perfect, as our HEAVENLY FATHER is perfect” (Matthew 5:48)
And you make yourself ready in CHRIST because second coming of JESUS is at the doorstep. "Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. (Revelation 22:12). So our deeds must be good so that we can gain that crown in future that is being made ready by our LORD. The sorrows and failures of this world are of short span. You bear the same with patience in CHRIST because our GREAT REWARD in heaven is LORD.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And HE that sat on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And HE said to me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (Revelation 21:4-5). GOD will make everything new in your life. HE is a faithful GOD. Never changing GOD. Your father JESUS.
