Baba Budda Ji (Punjabi: ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ) is recognized as one of the great Sikhs of the Guru period. He led an ideal Sikh life for more than a hundred years. He was one of closest companions of the guru Nanak (the first Guru of Sikhism) and is one of the most revered and sacred saints in Sikhism. history. Baba Budda applied Tilak/Tikka to five Sikh Gurus, from Guru Angad Dev Ji to Guru Hargobind Ji. This Gurdwara is in remembrance of Dhan Dhan Bhramgayani Baba Budha Sahib ji and devotees who pray here, have all their wishes granted. Gurdwara committee celebrates every pooranmashi purav and Kirtan darbar which attract thousands of devotees.
