حضرت مفتی تقی عثمانی صاحب کا درد بھرا پیغام

اس آخری دور میں حضرت جی مولانا الیاس صاحب رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کو اللہ نے اس کا خاص جذبہ عطا کیا تھا، سینے میں ان کے ایک آگ بھر دی تھی۔ اس کے نتیجے میں اللہ نے تبلیغ کے اس مبارک کام کو وجود بخشا، اور الحمدللہ دنیا کے چپے چپے پر دین کے پیغام کو اللہ نے تبلیغی جماعت کے ذریعے پہنچایا، اور ابھی بھی وہ اس کام کو انجام دے رہی ہے۔

اور میں تو یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ اس وقت تمام مسلمانوں کے لیے اس فریضے میں شامل ہونے کا بہترین راستہ یہی ہے۔

بعض لوگ تنقیدیں کرتے ہیں، فلاں خرابیاں ہیں، فلاں کمزوری ہے۔ تو میں یہ کہتا ہوں کہ معصوم انبیاء علیہم السلام کے بعد آسمان کے نیچے کوئی نہیں ہے۔ غلطیاں سب سے ہوتی ہیں، اور جب کام پھیل جاتا ہے تو اس میں افراط و تفریط بھی ہوتی ہے۔

In this final era, Allah had blessed Hazrat Maulana Ilyas Sahib (RA) with a special passion for this cause. He had filled his heart with a burning desire. As a result, Allah brought this blessed work of Tabligh into existence. And Alhamdulillah, Allah spread the message of Deen to every corner of the world through the Tablighi Jamaat, and it is still carrying out this work.

And I believe that, at this time, for all Muslims, this is the best way to participate in fulfilling this obligation.

Some people criticize it, saying that there are such-and-such shortcomings and such-and-such weaknesses. To this, I say that after the infallible Prophets (AS), there is no one under the sky who is free from mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, and when a work spreads widely, there can also be excesses and shortcomings within it.

بعض الناس ينتقدون هذا العمل، ويقولون: فيه كذا من العيوب، وفيه كذا من أوجه الضعف. فأقول لهؤلاء: بعد الأنبياء عليهم السلام المعصومين، لا يوجد أحد تحت السماء معصومًا من الخطأ. فالخطأ يقع من الجميع، وعندما ينتشر العمل ويتسع نطاقه، فقد يحدث فيه أيضًا إفراط وتفريط.

میں آپ کو تبلیغی بنانا نہیں چاہ رہا، لیکن جا کر ان کے اعمال کو دیکھ لو۔ یہ ٹائی لگانے والی جماعت نہیں ہے، یہ شلوار کو ٹخنوں سے نیچے لٹکانے والی جماعت نہیں ہے، یہ حکومتوں کی نمک خور بھی نہیں ہے، یہ لوگوں سے مال بٹورنے والی نہیں ہے۔

اس میں جنرل، کرنل، امیر، غریب اور مسکین سب ہیں، جنہوں نے اپنے آپ کو وقف کر دیا ہے، جو ٹھوکریں کھا رہے ہیں، بستر اٹھا اٹھا کر پوری دنیا میں۔

جا کر ان کے اعمال کو دیکھ لو، کوئی فرقہ واریت نہیں ملے گی، ایک اُمت بننے کی دعوت ہے۔

I am not trying to make you a member of the Tablighi Jamaat, but go and look at their deeds. This is not a group that wears ties; it is not a group that lets its shalwar hang below the ankles; nor is it a group that lives off the favor of governments. It is not a group that collects wealth from people.

It includes generals, colonels, amirs, the poor, and the needy—all of whom have devoted themselves, enduring hardships and carrying their bedding as they travel throughout the world.

Go and look at their deeds. You will not find sectarianism there; rather, there is an invitation to become one Ummah.

جماعة التبليغ ليست جماعةً تأكل من موائد الحكومات وترتدي ربطة العنق

فيها الجنرال، والعقيد، والأمير، والغني والفقير والمسكين، وكلهم قد وهبوا أنفسهم لهذا العمل، وهم يتحملون المشاق، ويحملون أمتعتهم وفُرُشهم وينتقلون بها في أنحاء العالم.

اذهب وانظر إلى أعمالهم، فلن تجد فيها تعصبًا طائفيًا، بل فيها دعوة إلى أن نكون أمةً واحدة.

تبلیغی جماعت نے کوئی پہاڑ، پتھر نہیں چھوڑا جہاں نہ پہنچی ہو

تبلیغی جماعت کا کام نظر آتا ہے، باہر ملکوں میں جا کر۔ کوئی پہاڑ، پتھر نہیں چھوڑا، جہاں تبلیغی جماعت نہ پہنچی ہو۔ جس جنگل میں ہم ہرن مارنے گئے، اُس جنگل میں بھی جماعتیں پہنچی ہوئی ہیں۔

جتنا پسماندہ طبقہ، غریب طبقہ ہے، اُن پر بھی محنت ہو رہی ہے۔ انسان کے دینی دعوت میں دو نمبر ہونے کی ایک علامت یہ ہے کہ وہ صرف مالداروں کو فوکس کرے اور غریبوں پر محنت نہ کرے۔ یہ خود اس بات کی علامت ہے کہ یہ انسان لالچی ہے۔

جن علماء کی مجلسوں میں صرف مالدار ہوتے ہیں، غریب نہیں ہوتے، تو غالب گمان یہ ہے کہ ایسے عالم کے دل میں مال کی محبت زیادہ ہے، اُس کو دین کی کوئی فکر نہیں۔

کیونکہ جہاں دین کی دعوت گئی ہے، وہاں غریبوں کی کثرت رہی ہے۔ ہمارے شیخ بہت مالدار تھے، لیکن جب اُن کی مجلس لگتی تھی تو اُس میں غریبوں کی کثرت رہتی تھی۔

The Tablighi Jamaat Has Reached Everywhere, Leaving No Mountain or Stone Untouched

The work of the Tablighi Jamaat can be seen when they travel to foreign countries. They have left no mountain or stone untouched where the Tablighi Jamaat has not reached. Even in the jungle where we once went to hunt deer, there were already Jamaats present.

Efforts are also being made among the most underprivileged and poorest sections of society. One sign that a person is insincere in religious preaching is that he focuses only on wealthy people and does not make efforts among the poor. This itself is an indication that such a person is greedy.

When the gatherings of certain scholars consist only of wealthy people and there are no poor people present, then it is highly likely that such a scholar has a greater love for wealth in his heart and is not genuinely concerned about religion.

Because wherever religious preaching has reached, there has generally been a large presence of poor people. Our Sheikh was a very wealthy man, but when his gatherings were held, the majority of those attending were poor.

لم تترك جماعة التبليغ جبلًا ولا حجرًا إلا وصلت إليه

يظهر عمل جماعة التبليغ عند ذهابهم إلى البلاد الأجنبية. فلم تترك جماعة التبليغ جبلًا ولا حجرًا إلا وصلت إليه. حتى إن الغابة التي ذهبنا إليها لصيد الغزلان، كانت قد وصلت إليها جماعات التبليغ أيضًا.

ويُبذل الجهد كذلك مع أكثر الفئات تخلّفًا وفقرًا. ومن علامات أن الإنسان ليس مخلصًا في الدعوة إلى الدين أن يركّز فقط على الأغنياء، ولا يهتم بالعمل مع الفقراء. وهذا في حد ذاته علامة على أن هذا الإنسان طمّاع.

وإذا كانت مجالس بعض العلماء لا يحضرها إلا الأغنياء، ولا يكون فيها الفقراء، فالغالب أن محبة المال في قلب ذلك العالم أكبر، وأنه لا يحمل همَّ الدين.

لأن حيثما وصلت الدعوة إلى الدين، كان الفقراء هم الأكثر حضورًا. وكان شيخنا رجلًا غنيًّا جدًا، ولكن عندما كان يعقد مجلسه، كان غالب الحاضرين فيه من الفقراء.

اللہ تعالیٰ نے تبلیغی جماعت سے بہت کام لیا ہے، پوری دنیا میں کام لیا ہے، لاکھوں افراد کی زندگی بدلی ہے، اللہ اس کو قبولیت عطا فرمائے۔

اب تبلیغی جماعت میں کچھ اختلاف ہوا ہے، اللہ اس اختلاف کو اپنے کرم سے ختم کر دے۔

مجھ سے لوگ پوچھتے ہیں کہ میری رائے کیا ہے تو میں ان سے ایک ہی بات کہتا ہوں، اپنے شاگردوں سے اور جو ہم سے عقیدت رکھتے ہیں ان سے بھی، کہ تبلیغی جماعت کے اختلاف پر پٹرول نہ ڈالیں، پانی ڈالنے کا کام کریں۔

ہمیں اس اختلاف کو ختم کرنا ہے، اس اختلاف کو کم کرنا ہے، اس اختلاف کو بڑھانا نہیں ہے، اس کی خلیج کا دائرہ وسیع نہیں کرنا۔

Allah Ta'ala has taken great work from the Tablighi Jamaat and has taken this work across the entire world. The lives of millions of people have been transformed. May Allah grant it acceptance.

Now there has been some disagreement within the Tablighi Jamaat. May Allah, through His grace, bring an end to this disagreement.

People ask me what my opinion is regarding this matter. I tell them just one thing—whether they are my students or those who have affection and respect for me: Do not pour petrol on the disagreement within the Tablighi Jamaat; rather, work to pour water on it.

We have to end this disagreement. We have to reduce it. We must not increase it or widen the gulf created by this disagreement.

رسالة خاصة من فضيلة المفتي إلياس غُمان صاحب

لقد جعل الله تعالى لجماعة التبليغ دورًا كبيرًا في خدمة الدين، وأخذ منها عملًا عظيمًا في أنحاء العالم كله، وتغيّرت حياة الملايين من الناس بسببها. نسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبّل هذا العمل ويمنحه القبول.

وقد وقع الآن بعض الاختلاف داخل جماعة التبليغ، نسأل الله تعالى بفضله وكرمه أن ينهي هذا الاختلاف.

يسألني الناس عن رأيي في هذا الأمر، فأقول لهم كلمة واحدة، وأقولها لطلابي ولمن يحبونني ويكنّون لي الاحترام: لا تزيدوا الخلاف في جماعة التبليغ اشتعالًا، بل اسعوا إلى تهدئته وإطفائه.

علينا أن ننهي هذا الاختلاف، وأن نقلّله، وألا نزيده أو نوسّع دائرة الفجوة الناشئة بسببه.
