Glory to God! We had a truly fruitful and enriching time of learning together on the topic “Church & Cult.”
During the sessions on the Church, the speaker (Mr. Joshua Lepcha) addressed the origin and beginning of the Church, the terminology used for the Church, the attributes of the Church, the meaning and importance of Church membership, the marks of faithful Church members, the marks of the true Church, the roles of pastors and elders, the responsibilities of believers, and what it means to be a healthy Church, along with several other significant aspects.
In the sessions on cults, he explained what a cult is, how to identify a cult, its sociological and moral characteristics, its impact on the present-day Church, and how believers should respond to and deal with cults in a biblical manner.
We sincerely express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Joshua Lepcha for his dedication and commitment to equipping the Church in this vital area. We also extend our thanks to everyone who served in various ways, prayed for this seminar and took the time to attend this blessed and edifying seminar.
